I'm in town for the weekend and decided to treat myself to a pedicure. It was a basic pedicure. Nothing fancy. That accurately describes this "salon". Not the cleanest. The staff isn't the most courteous. The service I received was basic. There isn't much "ambiance" I couldn't relax and enjoy it because of the loud music over the speakers and the equally loud child that garnered additional attention from the staff. Would I go back? I've been holding off on writing this for a while, but it's time to share my experience. I started going to Sassy Nails mainly because it was within walking distance of my home convenient, yes, but definitely not worth the frustration. From the start, my nails never lasted long. I actually got so used to poor quality that I started carrying nail glue around just to reattach the ones that would pop off which happened often. One time, all my nails came off the VERY NEXt Day . The owner did fix them and had one of the technicians (the one who's a TikTok model) redo them and to be fair, those nails actually lasted longer than usual. Unfortunately, that was the exception, not the rule. The next time I went back, a different tech (a gentleman) did my nails and again, they all popped off the next day. I called the shop while I was out of town, and the owner told me to come in the next day so he could fix them. But when I showed up, sat in the chair, and showed him the damage, he turned around and told me I had to pay to have them fixed. That was the last straw. If you know your nails don't last even a few days, the least you can do is stand behind your work. On top of that, they charge an extra $3 just for using a card. The husband is ALWAYS RUDE!!! I wanted to give my nails a break. Instead of soaking the nails off, Kim pushed another nail under mine to take them off. Some came off easy. I couple was difficult. She forced them off and some of my nail bed came off. I felt something when she polished them, put I thought it was just me. They were burning . Those two nails set up infection. I went back to show the husband, the first thing he said was what did I DO. Mind you, I'm in all the time. I showed him were my nail bed was TURNING BLACK. He said, " what do you want me to do". I pointed at Kim and said "well, she took my nails off without soaking & that may have caused a problem don't you think. He got so very defensive, talking fast and rude. Kim just walked away to the back. Kin, I've been coming you for 5 years. What the hell. He took the Gel Polish off WITH THE DRILL, and said NOW GO WASH, i said and then what. He began to say so many rude things I don't remember. I said " Sir you are the professional, what do you recommend. Do I put polish on them or what. He went and go some clear stuff and put on my nails. Said it was medicine. It don't believe it. I went to the drug store and the pharmacist said to keep soaking like I've been doing in Hydrogen Peroxide. He direct me to a fungus OTC and advised to continue using until the color comes back. The establishment should not have passed any inspection. The inside and outside are dated and have not been maintained. The tech carts are filthy. Along with the floor, trashcan, bathroom, and showcasing. Unsanitary. Visibily soil. Health risk for any services provided to the public. read more

Had to wait HOURS n they took people ahead of me n not the first time. seemed to ignore me n look over me. I left when they FINALLY got to me. I sat forever soaking my nails n they were ready but she took 2 clients ahead of me n one had just walked in. Wasted time. read more

Tony did my manicure and my pedicure leaving polish on the toes and gel polish on the manicure. $45 charge for subpar service. I kept telling him he was hurting me with that power tool but he wouldn't listen until I snatched my hands away from him. the owner/manager laid on the couch playing with her cell phone. Worst pedicure I have ever had. Massage was horrible. No base coat for polish. Could not speak english. My friend and I went together. They only had 2 people working. Friend was soaking while my pedicure was done, she decided not to proceed with getting hers done. They tried to charge $20 for soaking ONLY. She have him $5 and walked out. Place needs a good cleaning also. Very dissappointing!!! read more

My sister in-law and I went in to have a pedicure and a nail fill. I would not recommend this place to no one. The price was high and they didn't even massage our feet or legs. They just rub oil on them. We walk out before nail fill. Also the paint chip today. I would recommend Silky nail across the street. Went there today for fill and they are awesome! read more
