What I got back was my girl where all the long hair everywhere was bluntly cut off almost to skin level. It was an uneven blunt cut, the kind of cut a 3 year old child would cut their own hair. Her nails not even cut. The rude owner said that she was cut that way because my dog does not like to stand up!!?? Also she would come back to fix her hair for $35.00 more. After I paid $100.00. The problem being is that there was no hair left to fix. I am a senior citizen and can no longer groom my sweet Lucy. BEWARE. Lovely to rip off senior citizens.

No idea what the dogs eat, how often they go outside, and my dog was never tired when he got home. What kills me is that they say it's upscale, but it really is not, it's dark, and you can't find out about your dog during the day, no pictures like my last place, no way of knowing what's happening. And if that really is the owner at the front desk, then he needs a new line of work because neither people nor dogs are his thing.

I made an appt for my 15yr old Beagle (Pekinese/Beagle), his 1st grooming experience since I moved to Pass Christian from Upstate NY. "Willie" has had separation anxiety since his 1 wk younger half-sister passed away 3 yrs ago & he's my heart, he also has really bad allergies & sheds terribly this time of year, so I decided to have him sheared for the 1st time! He looks & acts like Becky sheared 12 yrs off his life, looks like a pup, he's so cute, but he has always handsome but has that adorable puppy look again! Also, decided at the last minute to get Sophie, our 13 yr old Chihuahua a pedicure & bath.. Becky was gracious enough to let me bring her with me when I picked Willie up & wait while she groomed her! I will return to Becky's All Breed Grooming every time for my babies to be fluffed & buffed! I highly recommend Becky to fur-mama's & fur-daddy's in the area! Thanks again Becky!

Ms. Eva was everything we had been hoping for in someone to care for our furbaby and she even surpassed our expectations. We were very hesitant to have anyone stay in our home but meeting her for the first time pre-trip, we immediately felt calm and reassured and her honesty/trustworthiness, reliability, and genuine love for animals and what she does was so evident. She stayed with our naturally anxious and shy cat for two weeks, and she warmed up to her quickly since Ms. Eva was patient and respected her boundaries. Ms. Eva also didn't bat an eye when I explained our cat's unique feeding schedules with many small meals for weight management. We are so lucky to have found Puppy Swaggin and are relieved we don't have to look any further for our cat sitting for future trips. Our furbaby is in the best hands with Ms. Eva.
