Even before going I knew what I wanted, a manicure and dip polish with a valentines theme. I chose a red dip color for my nails and then on my ring fingers I did a sparkly white with red hearts. The manicure itself was the best one I've ever had. When she asked if I wanted my nails cut, I was really hesitant because typically I feel like my nails get cut too short during manicures. I said she could cut them if she needed to in order to even them out, but I wanted my nails to be as long as possible. Not only did she not cut them down, she also asked if I wanted my nails to be round or square. I've never had a nail artist ask me that before, typically they've just done whatever they think is best. But, I really appreciated it! I had only used dip powder one other time, and it was honestly a nightmare. Because of that, I was really nervous about it this time. When she started, she assured me not to panic by the look of the powder. It is crazy how the powder eventually looks like regular and gel polish eventually. She did a great job on the nails and on the heart design. It took a few minutes for her to perfect the hearts, but I appreciated that she put so much effort into making them so good! My sister-in-law got a pedicure and manicure and chose French tips for her manicure. Her nails looked really good, I was super impressed!! The price was fair. I paid $52 for manicure, dip powder, and simple designs. The nail salon was crowded when we got there, but it died down a little after a while. We were there for about 2 hours total, but since we were together and able to chat it didn't feel too long. When you go ask for Lin or Nacy!

I could tell she definitely knew what she was doing when she immediately chose the right sizes of nail tips for every nail without having to compare them or size them up. The staff was very nice and friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I asked for short, almond-shaped nails, short enough that I could type on the keyboard at work. Jenny did a beautiful job on my nails, and she got them to the perfect length! Long enough for a feminine touch, but short enough to be practical. Most nail techs I've been to tend to err on the long side, but she got them just right. After I paid, she gave me a little stamp card that will get me a $20 discount after 12 visits! I'll certainly be back. :)

I was a walk in at 7 o clock on a Saturday and all I wanted was a full set. It was approximately a 10 minute wait which I did not mind. The male manicurist with a short military haircut convinced me out of the acrylic nails because he is swore the gel was better. I have done gel for the past year and I wanted a break from the soak off method because it weakens your nail bed. And that is precisely what I told him. He said that he will do the gel to see how I like it anyways. He did not listen to my request or what I wanted, this very much upset me. Now I asked for a manicure which is filing, shaping of the nail, cutting of the cuticles, at least some f****** lotion!!! He was rushing the entire time and I wanted to tell him just slow the f*** down!! I am military and I requested clear polish. That's all I wanted but he decided to put a cream overlay on top of my nails after I told him all I wanted was clear. Now at this point I feel disrespected. What also bothered me was that he broke my pinky nail and he continued to paint over my chipped nail and Told me he would fix the problem later. He approximately did I think 6 or 7 coats of three different types of gel polish he decides to file the tips of my nails add an additional clear coat. I pulled my hand back and said " No no no no I do not want my nails filed after you have painted them." His response was that my nail was weak after gel and he was making it stronger at the tip. I don't know what kind of b******* he is talking about but I shut my mouth and let the "professional" do his job. He did not allow me to wash my hands, he did not clean under my nails, this is not what I asked for and I am very very very very upset and I really wanted to yell at him but I decided not to cause a scene. I will attach pictures of my final product. As a very loyal customer I always expect a quality job done every single time because it is what I pay for and I tip very very well usually more than half of what the total price is. I am visiting from out of town so I know I can go home and return to Millenia Nail Salon and get the customer service I deserve and the Polish that I desire. If I may suggest to any male or female that would like to visit the shop I would suggest to not welcome the males to do your hands nor your feet because they do not have a tender touch nor a tender heart and bad customer service coming from another female getting her toes done in the shop, and the other review on this site. PS. They do not use fresh and unused packs of tools so that is very dangerous for cross contamination of germs and fungus so beware!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SHOP (Good Luck)

Since I wasn't near my sister, they applied the chrome, which didn't resemble the photo. I wish they had told us they couldn't do what we wanted because we would have gone w/o it. My sister was done before me and we still wanted to match. They also charged her and I the same price when one of us got a fill and the other got a full set. Lastly, they only take cash so I had to use their atm which charges a service fee, overall not a fan.
