Parking lot

It's easy to pay online in advance or on site, there are plenty of parking spaces available, and the staff here are super friendly and helpful. The shuttle has about the same amount of space as an airport shuttle, so if it gets crowded, people can stand and hold onto a railing. It's about a 7-8 minute drive directly to the parking lot/shuttle stop at Multnomah Falls Lodge Visitor Center and runs every 15 minutes, same pick-up spot for the ride back to the parking lot where you left your car.

Amazing service my kids had the best time on the way even before we got to the falls. The staff is great and friendly. Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend taking the Waterfall Loop Narrated tour. It was great to park and let someone else do the driving while we took in the beautiful waterfalls. Our driver, Keenan was great...full of enthusiasm and interesting stories. Don't hassle with trying to find parking at Multnomah Falls.

Our guide keenan was so fun and informative, definitely will be doing again when i visit oregon with my friends!!!!! Beautiful sites and we really got to learn the history from our amazing tour guide.

I went on opening day, 4/5/25, and it was a wonderful experience for me to take the Sasquatch Shuttle from their location at the Columbia Gorge Outlets. It was easy to reserve online and was the best $5 I've spent, and it covers a round trip. The people in the Sasquatch office/gift store were very kind and walked me over to the shuttle pick-up spot and explained how it works. Kevin the driver was so professional, courteous, and very informative. It was my first time at Multnomah Falls, and I look forward to visiting again through Sasquatch Shuttle and hopefully take one of their longer tours that stops at the other waterfalls too.

1000% recommend seeing the waterfalls this way! It makes it so much easier and more enjoyable to not have to worry about navigating or parking (especially because the small lots fill up very quickly). If you have the time, I HIGHLY recommend doing the full loop rather than the express shuttle. All of the waterfalls are unique in their own way and equally as breathtaking as Multnomah! Pictures don't do it any justice, they are truly incredible in person. My driver Keenan was awesome, he was fun and friendly and you can tell he's extremely passionate about his job and wants to make sure every single guest has a great experience. I had a wonderful tour with him! Parking at the Sasquatch lot was easy and the shuttle itself is comfortable and air conditioned. This was the highlight of my trip and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

After several hours hiking Multnomah Falls, I was feeling quite Sasquatched! This shuttle was my rescue back to the car...which we had to park 1mile away due to the crowds and full parking lots. Great value and even better people running the show...Friendly even after a long day and they seemed to enjoy working together. Thanks Jaquin (sp?) and team...Lifted feet & spirits for the win!!!

Arrived at the lot 9/2 at 3pm. I figured that it would be busy on a Friday leading up to Labor day weekend but I was wrong. Checked in with a bearded man and because it was a slow day and we were the last riders of the day, the only available tour would just be to Multnomah falls instead of hopping from waterfall to waterfall which is what I was expecting when I paid $30 for 2 people. I could have chosen to drive there on our own if I had known sooner, so I was pretty disappointed. There were plenty of parking spots available at the lot for Multnomah. Unlike other Yelper's reviews, we were not told any stories about the area. This wouldn't have mattered much anyway since the shuttle's parts were clanging around on the uneven roads and it was difficult trying to hear the driver. The bearded check-in man and driver were friendly.

For $15 this shuttle sure was worth it! I wasn't expecting much, thought it would be a easy way to ride to and from the different falls in the area. And it was... with a great guide! He told us stories about the area and the different falls. Very funny and friendly! He also showed us his farm out in the mountain area(pointed to it of course) we got to go see all of the different falls just about in the area with plenty of time to roam in between. I would say this was more than worth it and would highly recommend!

The waterfall loop tour was well worth the money! Our tour guide, Keenan, was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about sharing some of the gorge's hidden secrets with us. Keenan made the tour exciting and personal with his funny and quirky personality!

Best decision we ever made. We purchased the Waterfall Loop tickets and saw 6 waterfalls in one day. Would never had been able to do that driving and parking on our own. Staff was super friendly, busses were clean and air conditioned and Keenan was the best guide. Super informative about the falls and the area in general and just an all around great guy to spend time with. Highly recommend!

At the time of writing this review, the Yelp listing for "Columbia Gorge Outlets by Simon Property…read moreGroup" was closed (I believe somewhat recently). "Yelpers report this location has closed." However, that's not true because we just shopped here. I submitted edits to Yelp to remove "by Simon Property Group" from the business name and reopen the listing. Hopefully, by the time you read this, the listing will be open again. According to a January 25, 2016 article by Chain Store Age, Simon Property Group sold "Columbia Gorge Premium Outlets" to New York-based Time Equities Inc. (TEI) for $28,425,000: https://chainstoreage.com/real-estate/time-equities-acquires-columbia-gorge-premium-outlets-000 Currently, Columbia Gorge Outlets is managed by Norris & Stevens. According to TEI, the 164,236-sf outlet mall "is 87% leased to 37 tenants. All the tenants are national retailers." https://timeequities.com/properties/columbia-gorge-outlets Our group of eight visited Portland for vacation. We stayed in the city and took a day trip to hike in the nearby Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area. We stopped by this outlet mall to pick up some items for hiking. For example, someone bought a shirt from the Columbia Factory Store and another person got shoes (sneakers) from Famous Footwear Outlet. This outlet mall is conveniently located right off I-84 exit 17 (Marine Drive / 257th Avenue) in Troutdale, Oregon. Troutdale is a suburb of Portland. The two cities are about 16 miles apart and both are located in Multnomah County. The outlet mall is about halfway between Portland and where we hiked (Wahkeena Falls). Great location for what we needed. Columbia Gorge Outlets is one of the smaller outlet malls I've visited. The size and look of it is more akin to a typical American suburban shopping center than a sprawling outlet mall. In terms of appearance and amenities, it was pretty standard. Before heading out, a few of us used the restrooms by the mall's offices on the south side of the property. Overall, the property was clean and expectedly peaceful and quiet during our visit on a Friday morning around 10:38am.

Glen Otto park is a delightful spot in the summer (and next to SugarPine!) and LoLo's pizza is the best! City Hall has been responsive to my questions, and my specific neighborhood (near Kane and Sunrise Park) is safe, with friendly neighbors, and well managed landscaping. Being so close to the hospital, Safeway, and I-84 are also pluses.

Whenever I drive to the Columbia Gorge, which is frequently, I can feel my breathing relax as I pass through Troutdale and the immense beauty of the Columbia River and basalt cliffs of the Gorge immediately unfolds and surrounds me. I'm in my happy place! But there is more to Troutdale than passing through! The quaint town whose first settlers arrived in 1850, still has some of the historical buildings. There are several antique shops, art galleries, boutiques, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. The town hosts an art walk on the first Friday from May through September and has several other festivals throughout the year. The tree lighting in December brings all the residents together. Glenn Otto Park, a 6.38 acre park off the East Columbia Highway, is super popular. With riverfront access, the warm months are filled with lots of activities: swimming, rafting, picnicking and walking the trails. There is a playground, a covered picnic area and restrooms. The Sam Cox Great Room and the covered picnic areas can be reserved for parties & picnics. Important to note - no pets or alcohol allowed at the Park. While at the park or in Troutdale, stop at the Sugarpine Drive-In, a popular restaurant and ice cream shop with a drive through and walk up window. The newly opened Troutdale Station is a huge food cart pod that has indoor seating with air conditioning and heat. You can enjoy a variety of food from the dozens of food carts, most a branch of popular food carts in Portland, and adult beverages from the huge bar that lines the back wall. The Columbia Gore Outlets are right off the exit and while it's a pale shadow of its former self, there is a drive through Starbucks, a Coach outlet, Eddie Bauer, Levi's, Rocky Mountain Chocolate, Lane Bryant, Torrid, Rue21, Jockey, Fashion Footware and several others still in business. And of course, you can and should drive the scenic highway From Troutdale up to Crown Point for sweeping 180 degree views of the Columbia River then back down along the row of 7 waterfalls, including Multnomah Falls. it's a spectacular ride in all seasons. Troutdale is the gateway to the Gorge and also a destination!
