Unfortunately, I was completely wrong! ​We saw a new vet a year later, and wow, had things changed--and not in a good way. The staff was rude and neglected the care my dad's dog needed. It seemed they would rather just let your pet suffer. I'm grateful for our new vet, who confirmed my suspicion about why they treated us this way. I will never return.

The pharmacy said my prescription was expired and the veterinary office said it wasn't and because the veterinary receptionist is aggressively rude my cats did not get their medication for two days. Don't trust this clinic. They care more about their egos and dominating people than caring for animals and making sure they get the best care. The nerve of this place is astounding. In the end the receptionist LIED to the pharmacy and said my pet was overdue for an exam to save their face and the pharmacist was so used to their bad customer service that they told me that the veterinary office tried to throw me under the bus to save face. I bet they didn't count on that! The pharmacist said, "You need a new vet." I agree. I called the veterinarian and asked them why they lied and slandered me to the pharmacy and they lied again about the pharmacy to save face with me. They're just liars I guess. After posting this review they sent me a letter in the mail saying they cannot offer me services now because of my behavior. My behavior?! Looking at these reviews I think the bad behavior pattern is quite clear. They are bad at customer service and abuse their customers who complain about it. RUN from this place.

I am a very anxious dog owner and it is so nice to be able to have him go and have some fun while I am at work and not have to worry about him. He is always excited to go and play there. They post photos to their page all day so you can see how much fun your dog is having. He is always happy and tired when I pick him up. The experience at this daycare is so much more than just running around and playing. It is structured and the dogs are carefully selected and well mannered. They treat each dog as if it were there own and have so much love and compassion for dogs. They are super accommodating and friendly. They also do grooming which is convenient, and one on one, no kennels, and Kirstin does a phenomenal job. They have a big yard for all the dogs to play and run. I believe they even do trials so you can see if it is a good fit for dog. 5/5 I would recommend to anyone! Just look at his smile :)

Monique runs a tight ship, and has a lot of experience, in addition to the accomplishments I look for in a trainer who teaches others in the field. I knew she could help me when I was having some troubling behavior issues with an older female Shepherd. Her advice and guidance was spot-on, and I completed the work she outlined, seeing it work in front of my own eyes. She was thorough in her questions and recommendations. I highly recommend the Naughty Doggie and Monique. As I am looking out for more seminars, I look forward to utilizing her knowledge in the future. He always looked and smelled and felt so much better after she left. I've seen Sally's new grooming van and it looks so wonderful. I would highly recommend her to everyone with no doubt.
