I wish I would have at least read these reviews before coming to this doctor. I understand that every person will have a unique experience, and mine was definitely discouraging. I had two concerns, one of which he completely dismissed and did not want to discuss further. I waited a long time to see him which I understand that is common in any office but the appointment itself was about 3 minutes long. He ordered 2 tests (CT & MRI) to be done for one of my concerns and when I was scheduling to get those tests done I realized that he ordered the wrong ones. When I called, the front office couldn't do anything to help and even suggested that it is unlikely that he ordered a CT & MRI together. I decided to call my primary doctor and get a new referral for another neurosurgeon. If you do come here, come prepared with your questions and advocate for yourself, & make sure that you document everything. read more

I do not recommend this doctor if you are looking for someone who listens and cares about your pain. I went in with unbearable back pain, and even after two visits and an MRI, he refused to provide any temporary pain medication. Instead, he brushed me off and complained about how my insurance makes him file extra paperwork. When I tried to explain my pain, he told me he didn't have time. This place and the doctor is unprofessional. My visit was trash! They called repeatedly to remind me of my initial appointment only to have me arrive on time and wait 30 minutes. Front desk worker Evelyn announces that the doctor had an "emergency " but somehow can assure me that his "emergency" will be over in time for him to be back in exactly 1 hour. Wow. There is no on-call doctor. Poor excuse for private practice. Avoid unless you have time to waste. Poor parking availability. Because Evelyn informed me of this "emergency" a half hour after my appointment time, I was charged for parking. The doctor's office customer service is so subpar, they don't even validate. This Doctor by the most Unprofessional office, there staff are nasty and rude and very unprofessional, the Doctor wrote me prescription by paper, I suffer from Spinal stenosis, i took the prescription the CVS pharmacy and the CVS told they don't take paper prescription they only accept by electronic, She was so rude and that they don't care to listen or how bad and dangerous you condition and can be life threatening, she gave so much attitude i just lost it and got upset and told her off, i suffer from high blood pressure and heart disease, they don't care and there never wrong or admit the mistakes they make. The doctor was amazing by my standards. A spinal tumor was found on an MRI. He saw me the next morning and we set up how to get surgery done. He explained everything clearly and concise. He has a week later saved my life. He was perfectly friendly and kind with me. Don't believe all the reviews. He's great. read more

Appointment time was 10:30 and wasn't seen until 11:45. Given the pandemic, there was far too many patients waiting in the waiting room and lined up in the hallway. I did not feel comfortable there at all. If I hadn't spoken up to say I was leaving and getting another referral I wouod still be waiting. read more

Waited over 45 minutes to see this arrogant jerk. After spending about 30 seconds looking at my MRI, he declared that unless I had surgery, my "HEAD WOULD FALL OFF." He then showed me a model of a spine with 4 screws in the neck and told me it would take 90 days to recover. Before I could ask a single question, he left the room without saying another word. His clerk then looked at a computer and told me when he will do the surgery. That was my entire appointment. I called his office the following day and spent the next two weeks waiting for him to call me back to answer my questions. I'm not letting him touch me and I recommend you do the same. I think he would have many more bad reviews if he didn't make patients agree to arbitration before he sees them. read more

This doctor constantly cancels his appointments, usually with less than 24 hours notice. I've had many appointments cancelled the same day, and I had one appointment that was canceled with literally 8 minutes notice. They have made many errors on my paperwork all of which have delayed me getting the care I need. If you are lucky and your appointment doesn't get canceled, still come prepared to wait for a long time. Once you get in to see him, if you have a lot of questions you should just pick one, because that's all the time you will get with him. read more

Im leaving this here for future me aka you. I made an appt for 10:05 and my first time walking into his office I realized its a crammed full house. Patients losing their minds after waiting FOR HOURS after their scheduled appt time. People rescheduling and leaving. It was a revolving door. In the office at the time of writing this its almost hitting a whole hour of waiting for me. I woke up early, sat in traffic so I can sit and wait in pain. Great stuff Doc! Never had a chance to meet the dr himself door was very squeaky and annoying from guest I heard some nice things about the dr in the crowded waiting room with the over size coffee table to get around then put into these rooms with very thin walls that you can hear every conversation of the patient next to you then in walks this young cocky male nurse practitioner not even a hand shake dosen't really even explain what's goin on I won't get into specifics but when asked about certain conditions on file that he has no clue about and makes a rude comments hes lucky I can control my anger and knew the right Dr to call this Dr lost my good money because of his little nurse practitioner just should of learned to keep his mouth shut I'm sure the Dr is a fine man but he needs to do a better job hiring his staff sorry kid I understand you went to school for the things you did but you dont know me and for that I give this place zero stars as Drs you need to teach how to treat your patients with respect terrible service staffing up front was amazing this practitioner needs to take a class in patient relations so all I'm saying It wont let me put no star so o guess it's a 1 star and I'll give that to the receptionists and the nurse's read more

If I could give no star I would. This review is for the staff and the Dr's staff is the first impression made on the Dr's office. Was booked twice for this office. The first time the receptionist failed to schedule me for the correct day so I show up on the day that I was given but no appointment was booked. The second time I decided to try again so I scheduled another appointment and guess what? I still wasn't able to see Dr. Yadegar. The Doctors office is very small and had atleast 30 people waiting. SO heres the second problem. The dr. Was called for emergency surgery and had to see the 30 patients who were initially waiting to see him. Also those patients had to be seen before he left for his surgery but I was told that he would not be able to seen by Doctor Yadegar today. This is the worst Dr's office ever! The rudest most unprofessional office I'd ever come to! The girl at front desk who helped me already had an attitude before I opened my mouth. Im sure this was the same ding dong who booked my first appointment incorrectly. She had the nerve to communicate with me with her Head moving back & forth. Just nasty and rude! I was referred to Dr. Yadagar for a second opinion from my orthopedic surgeon . I went to my appointment . The receptionist fretted me gave me paper work to fill out . Before I finished it the Doctor was ready to see me . I meet Dr. Yadagar we shook hands he put my MRI on his computer immediately told me my injury would require surgery . He took the time to show me my injury explained why I would need to have the surgery , told me what would be done to fix the problem . Once I fully under stood the injury , how it would be repaired he got on the phone called my surgeon of his findings at the end of his dictation he told my Surgeon that if he wanted him to assist in my surgery he would be glad to assist . After he left the dictation he asked my wife and I if we had any ? When we were done with the meeting the Doctor wrote 2 subscriptions for me because I wouldn't see my Doctor for a few weeks . This Doctor is an Amazing Surgeon with over 20 Years of Practise . He was a very impressive Doctor . I hope my Surgeon ask him to assist . My entire experience was amazing . I have been with Dr. Yadegar off and on for 4 years. He treated my Lumber back and is now treating my Cervical neck. I find it strange the comments regarding his work and his staff. First let me say that I give his staff my schedule for appointments and we work out dates from there. When I have a early schedule, I am in and out within 30 minutes if I am there on time or earlier. When I have appointments later in the day, I go in to the office prepared to wait. I know that there are people in front of me and that Dr. Yadegar like any doctor is not a robot and that things happen to throw off the schedule. For the treatments that he has done for me over these last few years, he is well worth the wait. His honesty in diagnosing problems is very comforting as I am always looking for options. He "Always has Options". I treat his staff the way I want to be treated and so far that is how they treat me. I don't bring a bad day to them expecting them to understand what is going on with me. The are not "Mind or Feeling readers". It is a business and must be treated that way. Thank you Dr. Yadegar for all that you done for me.
