Unique experience last week at "Sartù in Naples. I am an Italian from Napoli, but currently living in New York City. Last week I came home for a short trip to visit my family and I decided to stop by Sartù to have a nice dinner with a friend of mine. Where should I begin? First off, this place was better than I expected. The ambience was comfortable and the staff was welcoming and extremely professional. They each took their time to explain the different courses to us, going through the menu with us, one by one. They were kind, available and really helpful in choosing the dishes, especially the wine. The Chef Buonanno's cuisine is definitely unquestionable, it is supreme. Chef Buonanno with his vision, respect and knowledge of the food, took his time to explain the different steps that make each dish bind so well together and retain the organoleptic's properties of the food.
We stayed at Sartú roughly around three hours tasting and appreciating each creation of his masterpiece. I was totally satisfied to have chosen Sartù. If you're ever in the mood for great ambiance, good company and amazing food, I totally recommend this place!

Da dove iniziare; l'ambiente molto confortevole ed accogliente, lo staff super professionale, nella presentazione delle singole portate, disponibile e di grande aiuto nella loro scelta e soprattutto nella scelta dei vini.
La cucina dello Chef Buonanno è ovviamente indiscutibile, con la sua visione e il rispetto del cibo, ci ha spiegato i vari procedimenti che fanno delle sue portate dei veri capolavori culinari conservando le caratteristiche organolettiche.
Siamo stati a tavola per circa tre ore degustando ed apprezzando ogni singola portata con la pura soddisfazione di aver scelto "Sartù".
