After an interminable wait, I checked in again with the front desk at 10:10 and asked whether my mother would at least be seen at the 10:15 appointment time. I was told they estimated an additional 15-20 minute wait. It is now 11:00 a.m., and my 92-year-old mother is still waiting to be seen. Delays happen. What is frustrating is the lack of communication.
