This place is located inside the food court at Cordova Mall. We dropped by after a visit to Dillard's. My friend had the chicken bento box which comes with fried rice, dumplings, salad and California rolls. The dumplings had been sitting a while and were dry. The imitation crab meat in the California rolls tasted old so I immediately removed but my friend ate the other three. The chicken was par. I had the chicken teriyaki meal which comes with a drink, rice, mixed vegetables and spring rolls. The spring rolls had been sitting and were hard. The mixed vegetables were just sautéed cabbage. I don't live far from this restaurant and has not really eaten there, until recently. The chicken teryaki was a bit bland, the vegetables in it was hard, but I want to warn anyone to use CASH when paying for any item; because not long after I was notified by my bank that 3,184 was fraudulently charged on my credit card. I NEVER had this happened to me before. As I say I live around the area so I go to shops there frequently I never had this happen. Every time I visit the mall I have to come here. Food is cooked fresh right there in front of you.. and just plain good!

Ordered double meat: shrimp, chicken w/ veggies and an upgrade of soba noodles! Here is the issue, I just desired less chicken, so the container doesnt randomly open up on me while drving home. The lady at the register and the man beside her insisted on up charging for the shrimp even though I ordered double meat: shrimp and chicken. I was even trying to ask the people in line, to help me explain, so the cooks could better understand what I wanted. Alas, I don't like disrespectful treatment, so when the guy grabbed my to-go container from the food shelf and put it back on the stack for not ordering tripple meat, I was done seeking understanding and trying to patronize this establishment. The quality of the food just isn't their, I understand that could be due to possible finances and high volume of people they cater to on a daily basis but the fried rice is mushy, the veggies in the fried rice have a freezer burnt taste with the dry peas combo as well. The chicken taste and texture is inconsistent as well as most of it being slime and chewy. It's unappetizing and gave me a stomach ache. read more

Read the reviews here and on their website on Google to confirm I am not exaggerating when I say after years of eating at this restaurant, the front service has become horrible and the absolute rudest unpleasant experience I think I have ever had anywhere. Food is inconsistent sometimes chicken teriyaki is undercooked and on 'slow' days it's overcooked to unrecognizable. Spring rolls are inconsistent and mushy. There is a short middle aged Asian woman who will bite your head off, roll her eyes, yell at you. She needs to go. She's got to be the one everyone is complaining about. Maybe she's related to the franchise owner but regardless get her out. A middle aged Asian man who I have never encountered is also a short and rude with customers. He acted like he might possibly be a manager overseeing things including their take out. They both were harrassing two quiet polite delivery people- one from Uber Eats and one from DoorDash. They wouldn't even give the DoorDash person the order they were showing the order for. Just an ugly experience for all of us standing there. Whoever owns this needs to look into what's going on there. Watch them cooking the raw chicken and touching shrimp with the same spatula was stomach churning. read more

We used to eat there about once a week when we took our son to the mall because their grilled chicken was the only thing he would eat from the food court. During our last visit they made an error on our order. Now when something like this happens at any establishment, I politely point it out, the staff apologizes and corrects it, I wait a few more extra minutes then we all move on. Not here. As soon as I mentioned it, the order taker immediately gave me a scolding about not understanding my request, the same simple request I make every week there which is to simply leave out the sauce. She then barked the order at the cook who then proceeded to correct it, but with a level of service that was repulsive and extremely disrespectful. We don't plan on ever giving this establishment another dime and will no longer recommend them to friends, family and colleagues. read more

My wife and I ordered 2 chicken Terrikye dishes yesterday, with vegetables. Noticed that the cook used same spatulas on raw chicken then moved over to cooked chicken. Did not think to much about this until both of use had severe diarrhea later on that day. Beware of this place. Very unsanitary, and does not practice good food hygiene. This place only gets one star. They would get none, but they don't allow zero and I enjoy The food. The food is good but the service could use major improvement! I could not emphasize this more. I'm writing this as I eat my DRY chicken and rice, because you practically have to BEG for sauce. I feel like the employees hate their job because they're very rude and dismissive. I would, probably, be unhappy, too, if I had to work for that owner. She never smiles. She's rude, too. One time she over heard my room mate ask for extra sauce and demanded she pay extra. The chicken to rice ratio is off. There's a bed of rice, with a few pieces of chicken on top. I'm a slow eater and my chicken is gone already! And I just sat down to write this. One time, they gave me my plate, it broke and my food hit the ground. The owner fought with me about replacing it?! Are you kidding?! If I didn't have a back bone, she'd have taken my money and not replaced my food or refunded my money! If you're hungry, and enjoy being treated like garbage, you're in the right place!
