I can't say enough good things about Dr. Narucki and his team! I'm the mother of a preemie, making…read moreme even more nervous about taking care of her than if she were full-term. Despite our ten thousand questions (which inevitably include "why does she cry so much?"), Dr. Narucki is very patient with my husband and I, giving us great insight and advice for our daughter. I look forward to having him as her doctor for many years to come. And it doesn't hurt that his office is super clean and adorably decorated.

I don't have anything but praise for Dr. Wayne Naruki. The clinic is small but very warm for kids…read more Dr. Naruki is very patient with kids, always punctual and I can be in an out in 30 minutes usually. While I had to spend almost 3 hours all the time at Hoboken Pediatrics for each visit. One cool thing about the way Dr. Naruki runs his clinic, is that everything is electronic. You will forms on an iPad (so no need to fill the form every time you go there unless something changes). You sign and pay via the iPad, the health insurance cards are scanned etc., you get automated calls and reminders for appointments and you can access the patient's basic information online via OnPatient. All in all a very efficiently run clinic and it shows in the time not being wasted waiting for the doctor. I value my time and am glad finally I found a doctor who values his time and mine too.

I was also told "if I'm not happy with the scheduling that I can go find a new doctor". I have referred MANY people to this office and if it wasn't for her pediatrician, I would not be returning.

This review is honest and I wouldn't say bad or great, and we will still go to their office when…read morecare is needed. They always have available appointments which is so helpful when your kid is sick, but I always wonder at the same time is that because their staff are a bit cold. We do go here and do feel they provide honest care for children, I just wish the doctors, nurses and front staff had more joy and fun when the kids are around. They're all very very serious and come off stern. They will give a lollipop or a sticker which my kids do like, but in the treatment room the bedside manner is so cold unfortunately. No loving and welcoming side for the kids. For example, this morning we saw Dr. Grace. She came in, stone cold, very serious and didn't have any loving side or compassion with my three year old. I do believe she has a good concept as a doctor, I'm not doubting that, I just wish she was friendlier with the little ones. :( 5 stars for appointment availability and location to my house (super close), but 3 for their cold demeanor which I wish was more loving/welcoming for a pedi office.

Unfortunately after ten years we've made the decision to switch to another pediatric practice…read more Getting a same day sick appointment is usually impossible , front desk told me to go to urgent care. While at a well visit, I confirmed a prescription. Prescription was never sent in. I called the office the next day and was told they would talk to the doctor. Still nothing. Sent a message in the portal the next day after, and still no response. This was amongst a few other things that we had issues with in the past year, such as misdiagnosing bronchitis which urgent care did correctly. In this same time period, political emails were being sent out by the office which I'm attaching. I feel that the focus of the practice should be on quality health care. and unfortunately I don't think the quality is there anymore.

Dr. Richard Marcus and his staff are second to none when it comes to treating children. It is rare,…read morebut yet so refreshing ta have a doctor and staff that treat your child with the same love and concern that they would give to their own children. Dr. Marcus and Dr. Melissa, while ethical and professional in every sense of the words, are the most gentle and comforting pediatricians I have ever met. My child's physical and emotional well-being is a top priority and the respectful, considerate manner in which they approach each visit with my children is the greatest testament to that. It is comforting to know that the staff makes every effort to accomodate children who need to be seen quickly and I can personally attest to that as it has happend on a few occassions. As a parent, I want to know everything in regards to my children's health, treatments, and vaccinations; I have yet to leave their office with unanswered questions or without all my concerns addressed to my satisfaction. I would recommend Nutley Pediatrics and encourage anyone seeking a pediatrician to consider this group.
