Property we rented was nice but foundation was cracked and floor was very un even in some place. Took a very long time to get security deposit back because they said they mailed it but we never received. We have finally received it.

Effects include reoccurring mold, constant fungus gnats, and structural decay in the flooring and framing. The estimates for repair are expensive, so only cosmetic repairs were ever performed. All of the issues in the unit and building continue to exist and will likely be sold to prospective renters without disclosure. Everything is available as LA County Dept. Public Health or Burbank Code Enforcement public record. While the company owner failed to maintain the implied warranty of habitability, he did raise rent by $300, introduce a $35 fee for online transactions, charge for estimated water usage, add chargebacks for repairs and ultimately evict me from the property. The property. 3610 W. Chandler Blvd. Unit #A, remains in a state of uninhabitability currently. The company presents itself as corporate professionalism, but it's just a sole-proprietor with a high-turnover staff that's incompetent on its best day. The conditions pictured still exist. The parking spaces are also very tight and small. If you park at the top, there is a very high likelihood that your car will get dinged. However, if you park underground, the parking spots are very wide and big. There are so many more parking spots underground. Park there! The parking lot is brightly lit up at night. There are no security guards roaming the parking lot. In addition, there are no security cameras in this parking lot.
