I walked through the unit, talked to her, and explicitly expressed my interest. I even asked her ahead of time through Zillow what the application process was before I viewed the unit. She told me to text her with my email address so she could send me the link to apply. BEFORE I EVEN LEFT THE BUILDING, I TEXTED HER FOR THE APPLICATION. She never sent it to me. About 2 hours later, I messaged her through Zillow. She never sent it to me. The next morning, at 9:00 am, I messaged her through Zillow for the third time. She finally sent the application. I completed the application through RentSpree and called her later that afternoon to make sure she received it. She told me she received it, but "already had two other applications." If she had given me the application as soon as I requested it, BEFORE I LEFT THE UNIT, I would have been the first in line. She discriminated against me, most likely because I'm not Asian, and purposely withheld the application link because she knows BY LAW, the first application must be processed. I have great rental history, a very high FICO score, and am gainfully employed, but she knew that if I were the first to apply, she would have to process my application. She didn't want me to apply. In my opinion, she is racist and discriminatory.

He went to the same high school in Glendale as my wife, so he knows the area and he even handled A LOT of our city issues with ease. He knows the pick up dates for bulky items and has GOOD relations with the people from the city. We had been struggling with the fines from the city and was stressed from them before the closing date of our house sell (FYI if you don't resolve the city fines and issues, you can continuously get fined from the city of Glendale). Raz followed through and was good on his word so our impossible front yard case from the city was closed with major help from Raz. He is also easily assessable by phone or text-he is really really good at responding back. How did we stumble upon the best realtor in Glendale??Called down the list of realtors on yelp and Raz picked up the phone fast and was able to come by the next day to provide us estimates. We had other agents provide us estimates on the house but Raz had a significantly higher estimated price. He gave us different scenarios on how we could price and sell the home. We also liked his transparency. He also had some experience in construction so he knows what could be possible in remodeling a home. When you talk to him,especially as a new homebuyers or seller, he knows how to work it in your favor. Go with Raz and you'll have no regrets. Hands down the best realtor you'll find. By the way... the one star review must be another jealous realtor because that does not reflect my first conversation with him.
