It's rare to find a real estate agent you trust enough to work with again and again, but that has absolutely been our experience with Paul. After multiple successful transactions together, we can confidently say that his professionalism, sound judgment, and dedication have made him an invaluable resource for all of our real estate needs. We've had the pleasure of working with Paul on multiple real estate transactions over the years, both as our buyer's agent and seller's agent, as well as our listing agent for several properties we've placed on the rental market. Having worked with him in so many different capacities has given us a true appreciation for his knowledge, experience, and commitment to his clients. Throughout every transaction, Paul has consistently been patient, responsive, and generous with his time. He provides sound, practical advice without ever making us feel pressured, allowing us to make informed decisions with confidence. Whether purchasing or selling a property, preparing a rental for the market, evaluating prospective tenants, or navigating the inevitable challenges that come with real estate transactions, Paul has always been there to provide guidance and support when needed. What we value most is the trust we've built with him over the years. He understands our goals and has consistently demonstrated that he has our best interests in mind. The fact that we continue to choose Paul to represent us--whether buying, selling, or listing our rental properties for lease--speaks for itself. We are grateful for the relationship we've built and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, patient, and trustworthy real estate professional. read more

Working with Paul Imbro was an exceptional experience from start to finish. In the search phase, he was incredibly accommodating and always available, even when I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for--whether it was a single-family home, an owner-occupied investment property, or even which neighborhood in LA. Paul patiently presented me with thoughtfully selected options that fit my style and vibe, and he was ready to jump on any showing I wanted to see. Paul has a true investor mindset and a keen understanding of value for money, which was extremely important to me. In the negotiation and closing process, he proved to be a zealous advocate for his client. Even with some tough parameters I gave him, he skillfully negotiated to get me the best possible value--exceeding my expectations. He is thorough, friendly, diligent, and highly communicative, which made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Purchasing your first home is a daunting experience. Purchasing your first home during a pandemic, and in a historical housing market is even more of an emotional and taxing experience. My husband and I are so grateful we had Paul help us navigate the process and helped us purchase our home through all of that! I am particular, have high standards for communication, follow up and operating with urgency, and Paul was a great partner for me. His responsiveness, knowledge, empathy and guidance was critical to get us over the finish line and to close - whether it was showing us tens of homes, switching neighborhoods/type of property/budget, helping us secure financing, etc - Paul was on it and did it all with a smile and professionalism. I can't recommend Paul enough if you are looking for a property in Southern California! read more

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Paul to purchase our first home during the pandemic and when a career opportunity took us out of LA, we called him right away. From the listing appointment to getting our house sale-ready, advising us on staging vs not, last minute tasks and errands, etc - Paul was there, guiding us every step of the way. Paul is so knowledgeable about the market, full of resources and advice and the level of care he demonstrates made the process (both on the buyer and seller side) as smooth as we could have asked for. If you're looking for a communicative, creative, strategic realtor in LA - give him a call! read more

Paul is the best in the business. In today's market, a great agent is the difference between finding a home you love or sitting it out on the sidelines. Sellers have almost every advantage right now, but Paul has the ability to keep you competitive, while not letting you get overextended or into a difficult position with your offer. He knows what sellers are looking for and quickly adapts as the requirements for winning bids evolve. He's also amazingly thorough, and makes sure you clearly understand everything that's happening during the process. We took many calls and meetings together and there was never a time when I felt he was anything other than completely invested in our search. Because of this, when we finally closed on a home, I asked him to handle the final inspection without me when I was unable to make it due to work. When you can hand things like that over during the biggest purchase of your life, that's when you know you have an amazing agent. read more

A very fine real estate agent. He has the patience o f "Jobe", is very thoughtful in recommending homes to see, and tries to stay within your budget. He will show you as many homes are you want to see, and more and never seems to tire of doing so. Follows through on what you ask, particularly after you are under contract. My son and I certainly would not hesitate to recommend him. read more

Paul is an amazing agent. His communication skills are top notch. Paul would drive down to Long Beach on week nights and weekends to tour countless open houses just so that he can get a clear understanding of what I liked and disliked. He listened to my needs and delivered my dream home. The home I purchased wasn't even on my list to see. Paul insisted I see this property and boy did he deliver! Paul coached me in presenting a desirable offer and was able to land me a home under ask...UNDER ASK in this market is unheard of! It did not end there, this is when Paul's true strength showed. Paul called/emailed/texted every day to ensure I was in the loop of everything. He communicated every step by step process so that I was never blind sided or caught off guard. He was there every step of the way and I could not have asked for a better agent. Paul will deliver for you in every way. I would highly recommend him to friends, family, coworkers and strangers!!! read more
