I feel He's lazy didn't promote my home in Bel air Ridge at all and didn't do a brokers open didn't make flyers or selling post cards or mailers , and knew my ex was foaming at the mouth to sell and his lawyer and possibly had inside information that he might have used that ultimately had a cause and effect and couldn't care less that me my two kids and my elderly mother are living under the same roof , and I thought he would be ethical and would have my best interest so I could get the best offer and the most on my beautiful home that I had unfortunately needed to sell in my divorce settlement .. but he didn't , only had his own interest and the investor friend of his . I Don't trust him he will give your house away for blood money , for his own greed . I feel He is an unethical broker in my opinion . Oh and he said I should get rid of my dogs ! really? Dogs are family too . I don't recommend him or his company. Disclosure : these are my opinions based on my personal experience.

While I had witnessed and helped participate in this process with multiple friends and family members in the past, it suddenly felt foreign and unattainable when I set out to shop for myself. Thankfully, I found Jay. Jay was extremely patient and thorough with me from the jump. He walked me through the basics --including getting pre-approved for a loan, shopping lenders, etc. -- and educated me on realtor stuff -- lingo, attorneys, negotiations, inspectors, etc. -- all along the way. Jay took his time with me, and made it clear it was OK for me to take mine too. Together we explored neighborhoods, price ranges, and home types until we found a place that fit all of my needs perfectly. Throughout this journey, Jay gave me all the tools and feedback I needed to make the best decision while ultimately empowering me to make my OWN decision. He was also kind enough to take on the role of my mother, therapist, and spiritual guide during all this which was much appreciated (we didn't hit many bumps in the road, but like I expressed above, buying your first home can be scary -- especially during a pandemic!!!). With all that said, I would without question recommend Jay to anyone buying a home in Los Angeles. And not to get ahead of myself, but I look forward to working with him when it's time for me to purchase again.

He went to the same high school in Glendale as my wife, so he knows the area and he even handled A LOT of our city issues with ease. He knows the pick up dates for bulky items and has GOOD relations with the people from the city. We had been struggling with the fines from the city and was stressed from them before the closing date of our house sell (FYI if you don't resolve the city fines and issues, you can continuously get fined from the city of Glendale). Raz followed through and was good on his word so our impossible front yard case from the city was closed with major help from Raz. He is also easily assessable by phone or text-he is really really good at responding back. How did we stumble upon the best realtor in Glendale??Called down the list of realtors on yelp and Raz picked up the phone fast and was able to come by the next day to provide us estimates. We had other agents provide us estimates on the house but Raz had a significantly higher estimated price. He gave us different scenarios on how we could price and sell the home. We also liked his transparency. He also had some experience in construction so he knows what could be possible in remodeling a home. When you talk to him, especially as a new homebuyers or seller, he knows how to work it in your favor. Go with Raz and you'll have no regrets. Hands down the best realtor you'll find. By the way... the one star review must be another jealous realtor because that does not reflect my first conversation with him. He is professional, tries to understand the situation and then lets you know when he can provide estimates.
