I can only assume all of these poor customers are all dissatisfied with the service provided by Rubino. I made the mistake of signing with them twice (last season and this one) and our lawn has never looked worse. I reached out to their office several times and never receive a response without sending 2/3 follow ups. The final time I emailed about how crappy the lawn look he NEVER replied to me. Finally my husband emails Joe (the owner) and we get a reply-nice eh. Says he'll come out and take a look and see what can be done. Needless to say we NEVER heard back and our lawn still looks terrible. No follow up email with suggestions or anything. Just so disappointed we wasted our money so I'm trying to save someone else from doing the same. They are not responsive, clearly a bit sexist and overall just a bad product and given how my lawn looks I'm not sure they really know what they're doing.

In addition to the tree removal, we asked him to trim a lot of old, dead branches off of a tree we'd been meaning to have taken care of for a while. Jeff and his crew were very professional, took care of the trees in question, and their cleanup afterward was impressive... the yard around the trees was completely cleared of debris/twigs. Fidel came immediately and gave us a more than fair estimate. He and his son were here at 7:00 am each day and finished the job quickly. He suggested we add a berm since the east side of the house didn't have any color. We agreed. He didn't take any money until the job was completed.
