Cole walked us through the warehouse talked with me about what I wanted until I was ready to commit. (without high pressure sales as I would walk away from) We also changed out our sink and the office staff was right there answering questions and making sure we knew how to care for our sink and counters. Any concerns were addressed very quickly. I hope to never have to remodel again, however Texas T Granite would definitely be the team we would pick for any Granite needs. Mike and the men at All-Star Granite in Abilene just completed countertops in my home, a major step in my remodel, and I couldn't be much happier. Not only was the result beautiful, but the price was where I needed to be. At first I thought I only had enough money for my kitchen, but he made me a deal (to do my entire house, bathrooms and all) which I couldn't refuse! I totally recommend working with him if you are budget-conscious in Abilene, not because he's cheaper than everyone, but because they'll work with you to earn your business. There were a couple of scheduling issues and a couple of installation issues as well. That said, Manuel (the manager in Abilene) called me as soon as he found out. He said he would make it right. He (and his helper, Julian) absolutely did! They worked around our schedule to come out to the ranch and fix the issues with the counters. Manuel was an absolute artist when it came to matching up the granite and finding the perfect colors of filler that resulted in a flawless job. These guys were courteous, friendly, professional, and KNEW THEIR CRAFT. That's hard to find these days. Oh yeah, they swept the floor and cleaned up before they left.
