This was the most amazing place we accidentally found - absolutely the freshest best food around!! What a super pleasant surprise - outside seating overlooking the ocean - watched the sunset - beach is Awesome - do not miss !

Passion fruit mojito

This is what seafood is explained. The cutest fish house right by the sea with the best ocean view, plenty of cocktails and beers, and the best conch salad I was picturing (do ask for the hot sauce vinegar to swim your conch in). Picture perfect and tastes excellent. The locals must be proud to hide this joint from the tourists.

Red Snapper

Honestly, the best seafood I have ever had. Everything is amazing. Añesco's best kept secret!! The red snapper is unbelievable, we literally saw the boat pull in with the fish we were about to eat. Absolutely, amazing!!! Watch the sunset, and dine at a truly local place. P.s. Mojitos are amazing too.

Humble yet sophisticated..

One of the best kept secrets in the area. Bo Playa Anasco on Tres Hermanos Beach. Tranquil Puerto Rican style location on the beach where you can watch the sun set as you partake in one of their fresh caught seafood meals. The presentation of the dishes are on parr with that of fine Chefs in up scale restaurants. Feeling a little thirsty? They have a cocktail bar on location as well. Not what you would expect from such a humble off the beaten path location. This is real Puerto Rico at it finest like the Pearl within the Oyster. Not a tourist trap... this is authentic .. the real deal. Like to purchase whole fish fresh caught, they sell those too. Queen Snapper, Mahi Mahi ? Just ask. Need a little special treatment.. ask for the owner Joe.. tell them Tim sent you. You will NOT be disappointed. Bring your Dominoes ... kick back and play a few games with the locals... get to know Puerto Rico

Hacienda Latina - Spicy cheese balls and croquettes

This spot was near the highway with a large parking lot. The ladies were helpful with explaining…read moredishes and providing sauce options. Well air conditioned restaurant. The mofungo was bit salty for us but still yum and the spicy margarita lacked spice so not my favorite. We came for the spicy cheese balls and tres leches. Bummer these items are no longer served, but I recommend you come for the vibes.

I enjoyed some of the best food of my vacation here!…read more When we entered the restaurant our initial impression was not favorable since there was a large party of maybe ten middle aged men drinking and talking very loudly- we thought maybe this was more of a bar. These men left quickly though and the atmosphere became more like a regular restaurant with just a few other small groups of diners. We were quickly seated and offered drinks. Weirdly there is no wine list but they ask you to choose from wines on a wine rack, who does this? We just opted for the house wine which turned out to be fine. First glass was a little skimpy but our second glass was a generous pour and a great deal for $6 a glass. For apps we had some delicious cod croquetas and spicy cheese balls with guava sauce. OMG the cheese balls were so yummy! I'd go back here just for these. For an entree I had the shrimp piñon and it was amazing- perfect plantain mixed with a generous serving of shrimp (6) and covered in a white sauce. This was one of my favorite meals on the island! Easy parking out front, close to the highway. Service was fine and perfectly bilingual.
