She was absolutely amazing! I did the deep tissue with the hot stones and my body felt rejuvenated after. Norma was very informative and explained to me the different steps of the massage (for example, she told me how stress had caused fluid to buildup underneath my arms, which I didn't even know!). She massaged areas that I didn't even know were tense and was very respectful when massaging my thigh area. As I was paying at the end of the appointment, Norma asked me how I felt and I told her I was good but there was just a little bit of pain in my upper back area but that it was ok and instead of being satisfied with my answer, Norma helped stretch me out until I was pain free. I paid for one hour and it ended up actually being an hour and 15 minutes because Norma went above and beyond for me. I truly recommend her and this spa. The massage was great the masseuse frequently checked in to make sure that I felt enough pressure and then if I was OK. It did last about 55 minutes, which was great. They charged me full price as if a manicure was done! I said that doesn't seem right, since it wasn't my fault the nail polish did that and I told them I would do them the favor and return in a few days for them to finish the job! Days later I returned and, once again (this was the THIRD time) the polish split on my nails. It was ridiculous at that point and a complete waste of MY time. I said just give me something that works and they changed a few things and it finally didn't split but the manicure was not neat at all. There were air bubbles and an uneven application. I had them done on a Friday; I didn't go out or do anything that day and Saturday I was out of the house all day. Come Sunday, only two days later, my nails are already peeling.
