They sent me down the road with 3 new tires and 1 old bald tire. They charged me full price for the 3, and essentially said - too bad, so sad about the 4th. . They left off 2 hubcaps and broke a 3rd. I knew they were leaving it off the hubcap from the tire they couldnt remove but didn't tell me about the other or the broke one. .. I immediately drove straight to FAST EDDYS where he let me drive straight into his garage and had my rim/tire off in less than a minute. .. .. maybe the kids working at Joe's just don't have the experience, but to charge me full price and push me out the door is f***ed up. .. it says on your wall to leave a Google review , well here ya go. never go back .. fyi to future customers - the price of mount and balance is half at fast eddys compared to Joe's.

They had yet to even start on my truck. I thenspoke with the manager and informed himthat I had to go into work in a couple hours and that if they couldnt get it done, id bring it back another day. Manager assured me it would be done. It ended up taking 4 hours for a very simple job. Made me 30 mins late for work. Not a good experience. The building and property are also very dirty and run down. The waiting area is very dirty and broke down. Ill find somewhere else frim now on.
