The Beef Cheek, so tender, broke apart with just your fork. Slow Cooked for 21 hours according to the Owner. The Reduction had a nice hint of Pepper to add something extra. I also found out this Dish has been nominated for a Michelin Star. The Bulgar Wheat Risotto "The Golden Pot" had a nice mild Earthly flavor from the Porcini Mushrooms with that light Cream Sauce was how a this dish should be at every Restaurant. However, no one seems to get it right before dining here. Firm texture, not gummy, definitely not bland and overall just a very satisfying meal. I am not a Food Critic or a Chef nor do I pretend to have Grand Illusions of having ultimate Food Knowledge, but I spent 20 years as a Line Cook and grew up in a Kitchen learning from the best Cook I know, my Grandma, so I know good food and have always had a passion for it.
