My family needed funeral clothing, and for a sure fire fit and quality, we knew we needed a men's…read moresuit store. This was the closest to our house since Men's Wearhouse closed. We waited patiently. The gentleman was working by himself, and we understand quality customer service takes time, especially in a specialty store like this. When we were served, my husband and son both tried on various pieces, and we figured out what was still needed. The bulk of the most difficult and important pieces were acquired. The only thing I didn't really care for was that the gentleman helping us tried making conversation about how the younger generation didn't care and called out whenever, which left him by himself. I already know the problems with capitalism, and it has nothing to do with the younger generation. We also showed no irritation and so we didn't need excuses for retail shop drama and negativity.

I was greeted when we walked into the store however, after that I was on my own did ask one person who was sitting there, staring at her phone where the pants were, and she pointed them out to us, but then went back to her phone, in fact, she wasn't the only one that was on her phone and I also asked if there was a sale going on and she said maybe then when we went to check out, I'm almost certain that we would not have gotten the reduced price that we should've gotten had not said something. When I asked the person checking us out if there was a sale, he said maybe as I was looking at my phone and could clearly see that everything I had bought was buy one get one 50% off. We will not be returning to this store at this location.

I brought a client to Belfiore Bridal Salon in Marietta, Georgia, to help her find her gown and…read morethanks to MK, we did just that. As a bridal stylist, one of my services includes helping brides narrow down the perfect salon based on their price range, what they are looking for, and their overall vision. I chose Belfiore because I have known them to be a reputable and well-respected salon since being in the industry, and this experience definitely reaffirmed that. I have even had the pleasure of working with the owner at a few bridal shows, so I was already familiar with the level of care and professionalism their team brings to every appointment. From the moment we arrived, the energy was warm and welcoming. There is truly a gown for everybody and every body. Belfiore carries everything from petite to curvier sizes, with a range of styles to suit every bride's personality and budget. MK was amazing to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and very thorough when explaining the ordering process and gown details to my bride. He took his time, answered every question, and made sure my client felt confident and informed. Overall, I truly enjoyed my experience here and would absolutely recommend Belfiore Bridal Salon to any bride looking to have a beautiful, personal, and professional bridal shopping experience. -- Ambe Comeaux Boyd, The Dress Dealer ATL

Renee, it's disappointing you continue to misrepresent this situation. As a business owner, I…read moreexpected more integrity than to fabricate a false narrative, yet you continue to post false statements. You still fail to address Bel Fiore's critical error: using the wrong size chart when ordering my sister's dress. You claim the "only sizing verification" available is checking the tag. Are you unable to measure the dress with a measuring tape? If so, how are you qualified to measure a bride and recommend a dress size? Your account of the phone call is false. Renee contacted my sister while we were at a restaurant. Shocked by the proposed "solutions," my sister said she would call her back. About 30 minutes later, she called back to ask who she had spoken with and when Renee would be in the store. She was neither rude nor aggressive and did not ask to speak to Renee. Renee never followed up afterward. Stating otherwise is blatantly false. It is also untrue that a solution was offered to correct Bel Fiore's error. My sister paid for a wedding dress she did not receive and simply asked for what she purchased. Bel Fiore refused to correct its own error. A business owner publicly misrepresenting how this situation was handled due to an error made by the store is reason enough to avoid Bel Fiore.

Recently though, I went to After Hours at North Point mall to rent a tux for a wedding and it cost me $160 for one night !! Talk about one hell of a price inflation. What ever happened to the cheap rentals I got in the glory days of high school proms, when I tried to sneak in a flask of Jim Beam inside my the coat pocket? The service at After Hours was pretty decent, but nothing spectacular. It was pretty much what you would expect from a place that rents formal wear. I am pretty sure that if I wanted to purchase the Tuxedo and keep it for myself they told me it would run about $50 extra, bringing the total cost to about $200. I was tempted to just go ahead and buy the used tuxedo, but when the hell am I going to need a tux again? Also, chances are it will not match the next batch of groomsmen that I am paired with. Oh, and I think I should address late fees. For a normal rental the tux is due the next day. If you are late they charge you $20 a day. My tux was actually two days late so I received a whopping $40 charge. Guess I should have just bought the damn thing after all.
