Going through my divorce was like walking through hell, but luckily I had Denise as my guide. She was right there with me every step of the way making sure I avoided the dangers and pitfalls. I can't speak highly enough of Denise! She's a hardworking attorney that's always available. There were times when I emailed her late at night, not expecting a response until the next day, but I received a reply within minutes. I always feel like I'm her priority because she listens and answers all my questions. I never feel like she's rushing me or trying to get me off the call. I never feel like I'm just another billable account. Denise is an expert in negotiations. She's flexible when she needs to be and absolutely unwavering when she has to be. She's honest and doesn't sugarcoat things. She sets realistic expectations which helps guide my decision-making process. In a divorce, the little details makes a huge difference, and when the PA and MSA came around, her attention to details helped me navigate the intricacies of the terms and their implications. My case also involved a Guardian ad Litem (GAL) for my children, and Denise's experience as a GAL was invaluable to me in dealing with that situation. With her experience, she guided me in how to present my case to the GAL for a positive outcome. I believe that Denise is not only an great lawyer, but she is also a compassionate human being. She was there for me during the most difficult time in my life and I appreciate her very much! Highly highly recommended!!!

Above and beyond her skills in the collaborative process, she cares deeply for her clients and is good at figuring out any underlying issues of what might be going on. We followed through but I wish I'd just hired Theresa from the outset- feel free to learn from my experience. She and Trinity succeeded in several key areas where many others did not: communication, explanation , flexibility, billing. Theresa has a paralegal and an assistant and no email or call ever went unanswered. Most responses were same day or within 24 hours. Every time I needed something explained and reexplained they ALWAYS did so with patience and professionalism and would write it down for me. Theresa and Tribity were willing to work with our mediator but still complete the other portions of the divorce, which many attorneys won't do. Trinity has a monthly billing review which is automatically sent and you always see the hourly billing and rates and they take multiple forms of payment. Very transparent. So professional. Believe me, many attorneys and mediators aren't so organized. In my divorce there were many bumps in the road and problems and it drew out for a long time. Theresa and her whole team were very humane to me and were sometimes the only bright spot in the process- they were people to rely on and I hope if you're in the same boat as me an my kids were that you find the same respite in Theresa Kulat and Trinity.

Finding Mark was truly a turning point and a godsend. Mark is highly skilled, deeply knowledgeable, and remarkably effective in navigating the legal system. He combines professionalism with genuine compassion, treating his clients with respect and without judgment. His passion for justice is evident in everything he does, and he advocates with both precision and determination to achieve the best possible outcome. Within days of taking over our son's case, Mark developed a focused legal strategy, prepared critical documents, met extensively with our son, and brought long-overdue momentum to the case. His insight into the prosecution's approach allowed him to counter their arguments with sharp, well-executed legal tactics. What two other attorneys failed to accomplish in five years, Mark resolved in a matter of two months. What sets Mark apart is his integrity--he is driven not by profit, but by doing what is right. Throughout an incredibly stressful process, he remained steady, reassuring, and confident, giving us a sense of trust and hope we had long lost. We knew our case was in the hands of a true expert. Mark's dedication, empathy, and unwavering commitment to his clients make him an outstanding attorney and a trustworthy and honorable man. WARNING: Deceptive Billing, Gross Negligence, and Misconduct…read more I have filed a formal grievance against this attorney with the Georgia State Bar. Her predatory behavior and complete lack of ethics during a severe medical crisis have left me financially devastated. 1. Bait-and-Switch "Flat Fee" Deception She advertised herself as a Flat Fee attorney. At the start, she explicitly told me, "The beauty of a flat fee is that even if we go to court, it won't cost more than $20,000." However, after I was forced to fire her, her accounting statement revealed she secretly billed me at $450/hour. I paid $20,000 before we even reached mediation, while my ex-spouse's attorney fees totaled only $7,000. Because I was on unpaid medical leave, in extreme pain, and spending hours doing her paperwork with limited hand mobility, I didn't realize the extent of the financial exploitation until it was too late. 2. Extreme Negligence and Court No-Show 3.5 Hours Late: She completely missed the start of my Temporary Protective Order (TPO) hearing because she overslept. Case Compromised: Her absence infuriated the judge and deeply compromised my case!! Zero Accountability: Her negligence added an extra $3,500 to my costs. She refused to issue a refund and actually blamed me for her being late. 3. Exploitation of a Critically Ill Client Throughout this ordeal, I was only 12 weeks post-op from life-saving surgery. I had limited use of my hands and was literally relearning how to speak due to a new titanium neck implant. Instead of showing advocate-level care, she was beyond rude and took total advantage of my physical vulnerability. Current Status I had to fire her and hire a new lawyer. I am not even halfway through my original legal process, and my new counsel has already recommended I hire a separate attorney just to recoup the thousands of dollars stolen from me. Do not trust her advertising or her word. Stay far away.
