I hired Mark Sutter as my attorney for a criminal case involving selling a large amount of marijuana. I was facing several felony charges, possible jail time of a year or more and a great deal of money for fines and court costs. I am a 61 year old woman with multiple health problems and several upcoming surgeries as well as emotional and mental issues. Facing jail time was so frightening and daunting to me. I could not have hired better attorney than Mark Sutter. He was understanding, extremely knowledgable and compassionate as well as communicated and explained my case to me in detail. This was all very new to me, I had never been in this kind of trouble before in my life. He never made me feel rushed and always took my calls or answered my emails promptly. I feel I would have served jail time if Mark had not been my lawyer. He was greatly respected by the Judge and the the prosecuting attorney. I could not have been in better hands. I did not have to serve any jail or prison time or pay any court costs. I would highly recommend Mark Sutter if you need an attorney that will fight for you and win your case. His fees are fair and he will work out a payment schedule that is reasonable. On a personal level I want to thank Mark Sutter for his diligence, tenacity, compassion and dedication to my case. You could not hire a better attorney than Mark. read more

I was fortunate enough to be one of the many clients Mr. Mark Sutter has and he was phenomenal to say the least. I found myself in a sticky situation and he knew exactly how to resolve the conflict in my favor. Not only is he incredibly experienced within his career, but he is highly knowledgeable when it comes to the law. Throughout the numerous court visits I had to attend, Mark was very personable and made me feel as though I was his only client. Another huge aspect I noticed about him which I did not find surprising one bit was the amount of respect so many individuals within the court system had for him. He is highly admired by countless individuals because of his past success and great reputation. The fear I had gone through had only been minimized as he assured me that he would do everything he could to save me. Despite the stress, I was confident that with Mark as my attorney, I would have the highest chance of getting through this successfully. Mark is truly an amazing attorney with endless experience. I would recommend him to anyone needing a lawyer because he knows his stuff!!! Mark is honestly a good person who only wants to help people. A remarkable and personal experience! I interviewed 5 attorneys and instantly after speaking to Mark and his team, I knew he was the one. He put me at ease, which is very important during a legal process and every time I called, he returned the call personally that day. Most important, we got the most favorable outcome due to 2 overall characteristics in my opinion. First characteristic is his likeability to connect to everyone. Due to his street smart savvy and likeable personality ,the opposing side and the court appointees are very likely to negotiate with him and the court process goes quickly and favorably. He is always 30 minutes early and he orchestrates all meetings and strategy and executes it quickly. Secondly, he is a seasoned pro. He was a prosecutor and he knows everyone and the process and he is just very smart! He is swift, gives great advice and knows how to get the job done. I rarely review anyone, but when someone is a consummate professional and smart as a whip...you want to scream it from the rooftops. And if that is not enough, he is great with the paperwork and tieing up loose ends afterwards. Just a pro!!!!!! read more

Mark came recommended to us when my daughter was facing two felony charges. I was assured that he had the experience and the expertise to help her to get the charges reduced or even dropped altogether. I'm glad I listened to the advice because after meeting Mark in person we were more confident than ever that he would be able to help. He was professional and honest throughout the entire process and made sure that he explained all of our options and I was confident throughout that he was looking out for what was best for my daughter and not what would cost the most money. He actually worked with us and his fees were beyond reasonable for what he was able to accomplish. Both felony charges were dropped. We could not have been happier. I would absolutely recommend Mark to anyone in need of legal assistance, read more

Mark is an Excellent Attorney and I would without any doubt highly recommend him to Anyone and Everyone that needs an Attorney. This was my 1st time dealing with an overwhelming amount of Charges, He went over my case with me, And quickly came up with a Game Plan to Fight the Pending Charges and even get the judge to Dismiss them. He is very easy to talk to, as it can be hard discussing some of your skeletons you had been trying to keep tucked deep in closet. Lol Didn't make me feel Judged at all, Saw me for who I was and worked hard to help me get the results I needed to move on and do better in future. Cost to hire him was affordable as well, and made sure to work with me, as far as coming up with amount needed. Thanks again Mark Sutter. I have no complaints and was very satisfied with Outcome. read more

Mark was completely professional through the entire process. He was accessible during my case as I had very little knowledge of the process. He did not hesitate to answer any questions. He was honest but professional while answering them as well. Mark worked with me on making payments for his fees as well. The fees are what they are, and you get what you pay for, but I had no problem paying every dime to Mark as he worked with me on a payment plan. Most importantly Mark DELIVERED on the ruling we spoke about him getting. 5 Stars. read more
