I had my first introduction to Cornwall 3 weeks ago,It was a jolly lads holiday,my brother in law John (who it has to be said is (Mr Knowledge)as far as cornwall is concerned,Richard,Johns brother in law,and me.We stayed in Looe, within an hour of arrival after a few Doombars at the Salutation, food was needed,so John said a pastie from (Sarahs Pastie Shop) in Fore Street was the ultimate grub. Was he RIGHT!!!!!!YESSSSSSSS,We ordered a medium pastie each and sat out on the sea front to eat them. They were superb.1st CLASS.I did endulge again during our few days stay, and on the morning of our departure,we called into the Pastie Shop to purchase some to take home.I ordered and brought back 5 LARGE PASTIES,please be warned they are MONSTERS!!!!!!!!,and one LARGE serves 2 people unless you are Greedy.PS THEY FREEZE WELL.
