Additionally, with no communication from you. 3. Your arrival after 6:30 PM right? HA. I got in my car and finally left to go get products to clean my house after I blocked you. And no regrets. I am moving out as you were previously aware of because again communication was solid on my end. 4. You live in a very busy area, stuck in traffic? It's a business. Plan better. Because YOU don't respect other peoples time or communicate. Pretty black and white. 5. As I stated, I don't leave bad reviews. I own multiple businesses actually. We requested a whole house post construction Cleaning Service for a crew of four for six hours…read more When they arrived, the crew went to work immediately and only took about 15 minutes for lunch. They were thorough and pleasant. They did everything with a minimum of supervision, including Cleaning the entire kitchen and the oven. They wiped down the kitchen and bathroom cabinets as well. The whole house is ready for painting, which starts tomorrow. This was a difficult job with a lot of moving parts. When they started, they were 15 people in the house at the same time. They had to work around the moving company that reset all the furniture in its place and go over places that they had already cleaned again. They were unflappable in their duty and worked around all the chaos going on in the apartment. For the amount of people and work involved, I felt the price was reasonable. This was not a cheap job, but it was worth it. The owner of the company, Richard, was pleasant to work with throughout and was always immediately responsive to all of my anxieties about whether they would show up and on time, etc., etc. . Everything went extremely smoothly and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I noted that I needed a deep cleaning as I would have a photographer at the house the next day after the cleaning to take photos and list our home for sale. I was quoted $250-$300 for a 2-story, 1,530 sqft home. I ended up paying $280 + $20 tip for their hard work. They came on time (even 15 minutes early), and got straight to work. They didn't ask any specific questions though about what needed to be cleaned, or ask me to walk through afterwards to see if anything was missed. They did a pretty decent job, but I wouldn't call it a deep cleaning-- carpet was vacuumed, but not shampooed; walls weren't cleaned, nor were baseboards, and wooden floor downstairs wasn't mopped or vacuumed. They cleaned the bathrooms, microwave, and oven, but I noticed a mess on the top ceiling of inside the oven still, although the sides and bottom were wiped clean. Altogether, they took about an hour to clean (about 10:45am to ~12:15pm), though they allocated 2-3 hours. They worked fast and hard, but I have some minor complaints, which could mean a world of difference depending on your situation (like moving out, or for preparing home for sale pictures). I appreciate them coming in today, and they saved me time and it looks and smells nice generally, but it wasn't necessarily a deep cleaning. Not super happy about the price and quality of their deep cleaning service. Edit: Also upon requesting a partial refund for services not rendered, she didn't respond back. So, I would avoid using this "company"-- their price difference is no different between this and a reputable company, and good luck trying to file a dispute.
