DO NOT USE this company. When they cleaned my place, they stole pills from my medicine cabinet and my roommate's $200 RayBan sunglasses!!!!! To hell with Two Maids - there argument is that my roommate was home the whole time and that he "approved" everything. The truth is that he was in his room, which they did not clean, staying out of their way - so that they can clean. Plus - was I supposed to check my medicine cabinet when they were done?? Who does that?? ‍‍‍ read more

We just had Two Maids & A Mop do a deep cleaning in our house in Hilton Head. The women were extraordinary - thorough and completely professional. Over the past year, they have helped us many times, and I can't recommend the company highly enough. Thank you for great service! read more

Last week..The people who came to clean were men. They cleaned the bathroom, didn't remove the rugs and they got them all wet. They supposedly clean the kitchen counters but left a lot of dust on them. The refrigerator is metal and they cleaned it with windex instead of using special cleaner. They didn't remove the carpet from the hallway to sweep or mop. They only cleaned around things because according to their policy they are not allowed to touch or move anything. They didn't clean the door windows from the inside because it's considered deep cleaning. They didn't dust the chandelier nor the ceiling fans which had a lot of dust. And the mopping they did around the house was just horrible! Today they don't wear mask! All the pictures was today... read more

We moved to Hilton Head in June and for the first couple of months I did the cleaning myself. I've always had a house cleaner previously and decided to hire one here. I am so glad I hired Two Maids!! They did a deep cleaning the first time and my house was so clean it sparkled. They have been coming every other week since and they do an awesome cleaning every time. I am extremely pleased that I hired the right people!! The quality of their work is perfection and I'm very fussy. It's the best money spent!! read more

They showed up on time, worked diligently, and got everything done that we wanted, plus some, in the time frame we paid for. Thumbs up!

Two ladies arrived at our home to clean. They did a walk through and began to clean the kitchen making sure it was spotless including all the counters, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave and sink. They also cleaned the guest bathroom and bedroom. Next was the upstairs cleaning, vacuuming the rugs, dusting the bedroom, family room and bathroom. The furniture in the master bathroom was carefully dusted. Our bathroom sparkled after cleaning. The ceiling fans and light switches in the rooms were dusted. All the floors were vacuumed and wet mopped. They took their time to make sure our home was cleaned and more than met our expectations. I would highly recommend them to clean anyone's home. They are great representatives for your company read more

They were very responsive to my calls and questions. I used them to spruce up the house that had been closed up for months. Upon arrival I was pleased to see they had dusted well and cleaned up despite not being able to get the water to the house working. read more

I hired Two Maids & A Mop to clean a rental home that I own, between new occupants. Management responded promptly to all of my calls, emails and texts prior to my booking, during the coordination of areas of the home to be cleaned, and while the cleaners were in the home. The cleaning staff arrived on time, masked, and with cleaning supplies. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the house cleaning (especially the bathrooms and kitchen area), the value for the price, and the responsive communication from Angelica. I will use this cleaning company again in the future. read more

I just happened to see their office off of Matthew's Drive while at HH Pottery. I stopped in and spoke with the office manager, Angela Hall, who was very nice and professional. I scheduled our deep cleaning and was lucky as they are running a 20% off special right now (March 2023). Two cleaners showed up as scheduled and worked hard the entire time they were here. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks! read more

Cleaned our home and left water running in bathroom from Tuesday to Friday. HH Water Co advised me of this via phone call. I called Two Maids & A Mop 4 times on Friday DURING WORKING HOIRS and left messages, texts, and even spoke to an answering service and never received a response until the following day (Saturday) at which point I was told they had gone away for the weekend and couldn't return to shut water off until TUESDAY. Will never use again. read more

Our team was very pleasant and efficient on both cleanings. We have monthly cleaning and I try to keep the house from getting too awful in the interim. Our team does a good job hitting the spots I miss and everything in between. read more

We use their services for four weeks in a row. During that time we had nine different people come to our home to clean. None of them took Covid seriously and wore mask or address that issue with us. The cleaning was mediocre at best. Felt very uncomfortable having so many different people that we didn't know come into our home. Had to explain four different times to four different sets of people the nature of the cleaning in the house. Very disappointed read more

Pleasant ladies & efficient. Always willing to redo or check on areas that are pointed out.

i noticed a big change in the service in the last few weeks. They did not do or remember my request s,such as not to move my medications around. But more importantly they do not wear masks. They were due to clean at 2, but I came home at 4:30 and they were still trying to clean. The previous week the time was off also by an hour and a half. The job has gone downhill and the house was not fully cleaned. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone now. read more
