Well, how could I resist. My name is Sarah, the cafe's name is Sarah....it would be rude to not pop in at least for a drink.
So pop in I did. And I loved it. I loved the name (obviously), the kitsch nature of laminex tables and old-school plastic chairs. I loved the staff. I loved the traditional English cafe-grub that you tend to find everywhere in London. You know, schnitzel sandwiches and roast beef rolls with gravy and quite possibly a battered sausage.
The thing with these places is that you know what you're getting, and you really don't expect much. And Sarah's Cafe delivers with greasy cafe fare that would cure even the most painful of hangovers. read more
