During a scheduling call, I found the interaction dismissive, condescending, and unhelpful. When I requested management involvement, I was told management would review the matter, but I never received the callback I requested. Instead of communicating directly with me regarding my concerns, information about the situation was reportedly discussed with my case manager. This has raised serious questions for me about communication practices, patient respect, and whether discussions about my complaint were necessary and appropriate. My concerns include delays in care, poor communication, failure to return management calls, referral coordination issues, and lack of transparency regarding requests for records and information. When I finally got an appointment I requested the time off from work only to show up and be told that I could not be seen because the system was down. What that has to do with my cleaning is beyond me but I was not seen. Drove 25 minutes to get there and took time off from work for nothing. I did not reschedule and will find somewhere else to go. Mind you, they said they've been working on the system update since Friday so a courtesy call on Friday would've been good. These guys are the literal best. Everyone at the office is so kind and seems to make a point of making visits as stress free as possible. The receptionists have always treated me kindly and have not rushed me when I'm scheduling with them or have additional questions, the hygienists are professional but talk you through every step so you aren't surprised as to what's going on or what happens next, and the dentists themselves are quick but efficient in handling the concerns brought up. I'd mentioned tooth hypersensitivity in one area and the hygienist went out of her way to numb the location for my routine cleaning and the dentist went over possible advanced solutions to help. I ended up getting a filling over the area which has helped the sensitivity immensely. At no other office I've tried prior have they offered to numb the location to help with the discomfort or be proactive about the issue when I've brought attention to it. I never thought it I could be such a simple fix, but they took the time to care and the issue's been mostly resolved. It's absolutely worth noting that the hygienists and the dentists aren't rough in the slightest and have the gentlest touch. While I myself don't have dentist anxiety, I'm sure this must be a relief for those that experience it. I highly recommend this office if you do have dentist anxiety or are simply looking for a new dentist. You won't regret it.

Located in a strip mall off Potranco, parking was super easy.. especially for a 7am appointment lol Office was clean and modern...practice has been around for 5 years. The entire staff was fabulous! Tori was my hygienist and she was awesome. Kind, patient, caring, empathetic... she truly cared and wanted to make sure I was comfortable. She explained everything she was doing and always inquired if I had any questions or to let her know if I was uncomfortable. Bite x-rays were taken with a handheld x- ray gun and cleaning started with a sonic water machine, prior to manual cleaning with instruments. Love how technology has really stepped up these past few years. Met Dr. Brandon for my teeth exam. Very nice and professional. All these years of never having any dental issues or cavities... I succumbed to my first issue. After careful examination, a crack in one of my molars was diagnosed. A two appointment process was scheduled for application of a temporary crown , then three weeks after the final permanent crown. Crowns made are outsourced. Received my estimate at the front desk and all future appointments were made. Not looking forward to a crown, but I feel confident this experience is going to be ok. In coming here for an initial cleaning and exam, I noticed a lot of differences from my usual Dallas dentist. One, they don't use a different polish on veneers than on regular teeth (which my previous dentist did). Two, the tech who worked on my teeth was rough, especially on the gum line around my veneer. And three, while the office design was nice, the technology they used for the cleaning was a bit old-school (dated). I'm just used to a practice that uses newer forms of cleaning and polishing procedure. As I was private pay, the total was $250+, which is highway robbery for a simple cleaning. I go every few months, so my teeth are almost always never a problem. I was in and out in 30-40 minutes. The cost didn't come anywhere near equating to the experience. My search for a dentist in SA continues.

I was very nervous today and he really took his time to explain the entire experience - even drew me a picture. I had a tooth break in two and they got me in the same day which I really appreciate. But because of how I was treated I have already scheduled my next appointment for some dental care I have been putting off. (Not at his suggestion, it is completely my idea.) Also want to give a shout out to Sara. She was a great assistant to the doctor. Not only is she good at her job, she seems to enjoy it.
