Susannah was absolutely amazing before, during and after our newborn photo shoot of our rainbow…read morebaby. I was hesitant to do a newborn shoot, because I never get professional photos taken, but when I reached out after seeing her gorgeous photos online, she was responsive to any concerns or questions or qualms I had without being pushy. While I originally wanted a photographer to take pictures in the hospital right after the birth, COVID didn't allow for that. Knowing this, Sussanah gave my husband and I some tips, tricks and suggestions to capture the best photos we could while we were solo in the hospital. She even went as far as to research and give us some suggested apps we could use! She was extremely flexible with all aspects of the shoot, and on the day of shoot took so much time with not just my newborn, but my husband and I along with our dogs. We did the photo shoot to our home and she brought all her props and accessories she thought we may want to include based on our conversations for what I wanted from the photos. Susannah worked tirelessly to ensure we were happy throughout the entire process...from the emails before hand, an in person meeting to see our home and talk about spaces to shoot before he was born, the photo shoot itself, final photo selection zoom call, and photo touch-ups. We absolutely love the photos and the experience we had with Sussanah. She's not only awesome at her job with a ton of knowledge, she's personable and genuinely cares about her clients. I have already recommended her to friends and would encourage anyone who's looking for a professional photographer to reach out to her! Thank you, Susannah!!
