Very upset with the service and lack of attentiveness from this company. We literally had 3 dishwashers delivered, and finally demanded that they take the 3rd one away- and bought a working one from Kmart. We were told by the Kmart installation team that this company should have used a base kit, plus a different plug and pump tool (all of which is why they continually had to replace their dishwashers- they broke because of faulty installation). We also got a double door (left freezer; right fridge), and had their installation team install this item, too. The water filtration and ice machine began to leak a month after purchase, and the sales person came to our home, turned off the water, and asked for money for servicing. Today our freezer stopped working (4.5 months after purchase) and we were told via text by the salesperson that it would cost us money as we were no longer in warranty (yet we never signed even a contract and paid everything directly to sales rep). The man then replied saying he was outside of our home, instead of setting up a time to come fix our fridge, and said because we aren't in warranty that it will cost us money. Went online and used my bestbuy cc and bought a fridge for $450, and paid an additional $15 to have them arrive and remove the faulty machine, before installing new one (at the same time). This company wanted me to pay them to also remove their faulty products. Do not work with this salesperson or this company. This company is selling products and telling people they aren't in warranty...even though they never give a bill of lading or purchase order and/or proof of purchase. My husband and I were referred to this company by our contractor, and he's also been notified. This is the worst type of company to work with- I am also reporting them to the Wisconsin bbb and on google!! read more
