My daughter and grand daughter were also on my policy. In 2025, my daughter died from cancer, the old car I had also died. That was quite the year. I called Patrick Hall agency, she was removed as was the old vehicle. February of 2026, I went to the site to print new insurance cards, and my grand daughter was missing from my vehicles. I immediately called the agency and got stuck talking to Tyler Stanley. His only purpose for the call was to upsell me on other products and try to raise the price on my auto insurance. He most certainly did. I went from $150 for both vehicles a month to $315 for a month. He stated my grand daughter was not on the policy, which she had been for at least 3 years. Talking to Tyler Stanley is like talking to an AI-bot. No personality only pushing for more money. I can see why Allstate has been through a huge lawsuit and will be refunding money to me soon. I have cancelled my account. Do not use this agency, they will change things, charge you more money and tell you to "have a nice day". What a good AI bot.

I wouldn't insure with Allstate and Steve Dow's office if it were the last insurance company on…read moreearth. After being their customer for 4 years, Allstate sent out a "home inspector" and then produced a falsified "inspection report" claiming our roof was "hazardous" and if we didn't replace it, Allstate would NOT renew our home policy. Here enlies the problem: The 20-something year old kid "Home inspector", donned with his Builder Bob hard hat and safety vest purchased at Walmart, rolled up in a black Volkswagen Jetta with NO LADDER and no ability to carry one, proceeded to take pictures of the exterior walls of my 2-story house as I walked the property with him. He poked his camera up on the end of a pole and snapped a few pics of the overhang eaves and NEVER WALKED MY ROOF TO INSPECT. The resulting report I received claimed that the "inspector" did a "ladder lean" to determine the condition of my roof, of which NEVER HAPPENED. I have the report to back up my statement and there are NO pictures from the vantage point of ANYONE standing on my roof contained therein. This report was a flat out LIE, tantamount to fraud as the severity of my roof was based on a falsehood. I called 2 licensed roofers out who actually walked my roof and both independently said, "Yeah, there's some hail dings but you can get at least another 3-5 years out of this roof". Absolutely nothing that rises to the level of "hazardous" that required immediate replacement as Allstate was claiming. When I spoke to Steve Dow regarding this bogus inspection, he brushed it off as "oh, they just made a mistake in checking the wrong box" (regarding the fake ladder lean), stated that Allstate hires third-party inspectors (implying they can't control any of this), I asked for a proper re-inspection and he refused but yet they make policy decisions based on fraudulent home inspections and washed his hands of this (his) problem. I immediately searched for another insurer and promptly cancelled ALL of our policies with Allstate, never to do business with them again. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with the State of Colorado Insurance Commissioner's office regarding this matter. Buyer beware.

We currently live on nearly 2 acres of naturally forested land in the mountain community of Frazier Park CA. Both homes are in a high fire danger zone and getting insurance for our Frazier Park home was a little challenging, but we found an Allstate Agency in nearby Santa Clarita to provide us with a good policy at a fair rate. We were forewarned that finding insurance in the regions of Colorado that we were interested in may also be an expensive challenge because I wanted native trees on my property. We contacted our agent in Santa Clarita (Kimberly Ellison) and she referred us to the Allstate Agency of Rebecca Pozzie in Monument. After our initial contact her staff handled everything fast and efficiently. The rate was considerably lower than the previous owner was paying with Farmers and we got our new policy well in time for close of escrow as the entire process was easy and stress free as we still have enough challenges ahead to complete the move.
