Mr Chase hit my car…read moreparked in my neighborhood with his e-bike then refused to give me his homeowners insurance who is obviously liable. he also proceeded to tell me that I would have to sue him in order to get the amount quoted by the collision center because all he wants to pay is 1000. The damaged totaled 5000. If this is how a so called family man takes care of the person he's wronged imagine what he'll do to you. I wouldn't buy a thing from this guy. Hea completely dishonest and a total con man.

Our company changed insurance brokers due to the laziness and unresponsiveness of our last broker…read more Our current broker, Chris Vinije sought us out and hounded us until we met with him. We spoke regarding the problems with our previous insurance broker, we felt he just took are money but did not help with any problems that arose on employees insurance. Chris promised he was a phone call, email, or text away and would contact the insurance companies himself if any issues arose. We have now had 5 different insurance issues in which he has done nothing or very little to resolve. Most recently our office manager had her first child. She found out today as she was attempting to schedule a Dr's appt. that he had no insurance once again. This has happened twice now. The first time our broker was to lazy to reach out and get the baby's first name and put him as "baby" + his last name. This caused our new mother to not be able to take her baby in for care when he had Covid. It's time we as consumers create a Database of unscrupulous insurance agents, brokers, and companies so the average hard working consumer has the knowledge to make an important decision of who they spend their hard earned money with.

I called Patrick Hall agency, she was removed as was the old vehicle. February of 2026, I went to the site to print new insurance cards, and my grand daughter was missing from my vehicles. I immediately called the agency and got stuck talking to Tyler Stanley. His only purpose for the call was to upsell me on other products and try to raise the price on my auto insurance. He most certainly did. I went from $150 for both vehicles a month to $315 for a month. He stated my grand daughter was not on the policy, which she had been for at least 3 years. Talking to Tyler Stanley is like talking to an AI-bot. No personality only pushing for more money. I can see why Allstate has been through a huge lawsuit and will be refunding money to me soon. I have cancelled my account. Do not use this agency, they will change things, charge you more money and tell you to "have a nice day". What a good AI bot.

My refund check is incorrect, and he has refused to refund the difference or explain why what he said was to be refunded was not. It looks like he is syphoning money from his clients because it has been beneath him to be accountable. Do yourself a favor, don't open any policies with this company unless you are ok with them taking your money and not communicate there after.
