They said they would call us but never did. I called and had to leave a message because nobody answered. I left a message with my name, number and that I was new to the agency and nobody returned my call. Changing agents.

And not just a little. Now. I have had no tickets or accidents in 15+ years. That's a good driving record. I would call and ask why it's going up and they give you the run around. "Oh colorado has one of the highest uninsured motorists in country. ". Blah blah blah. I don't care. I'm not one of them. I don't mess up. Why should good driving people be punished. Anyway I had a vehicle that was being stored in the garage and ask them to remove the insurance from the vehicle. They chose not to. Meaning they STOLE six months of insurance from me. Which was about $300. Now I don't know how everybody else would feel about that. But when you flat out steal from a customer. Keep in mind ALLSTATE is worth about 40 BILLION. That's not pocket change. But when you Steal money from me and give me a bullshit answer stating that I never said that. And all this to line your own pockets. come on DAVID. I've been advised that I shouldn't file a claim when my car was unattended. It was parked. And it was hit. I could go on with multiple issues from Allstate, Dave and his team. But I hope that this is a good look at how this man cheats good people and takes advantage of you and your hard earned money.
