Two days later she called me to go over rates, and told me she had beat my State Farm rates. When she gave me the numbers, I said, actually, what you have quoted me is higher than what I have now. Very quickly she responded, "Ok, well, you should stick with State Farm." click... hung up on me! I've been thinking about it all weekend, but what a bizarre interaction and just strange. I have been struggling with a roof hail claim and just could not get ahold of my assigned adjuster to get the contractor paid. Michelle got on the bat phone twice and he called me within the hour! I honestly don't know how people do it without help from a team like this.
