As a DoD contractor, I have a security clearance, and he put it at risk because he ignored our REPEATED calls, texts and emails.. He recently answered the phone (accidentally) and promised to write a letter to my company Security Officer to say it was accidental that we failed to pay because we sincerely thought it was a scam and in good faith gave him the letter and he failed to respond... But no letter and no e-mai and back to being GHOSTED! BOTH husband and I had our paychecks deducted so now we have to get an IRS refund. Husband got him on phone once and Nate said he got divorced and had. Been busy and distracted, then apologized and promised to get right on it. Nope, CRICKETS. We spent more than $15.000 with 180 over the last year to get our business books straight. To correct their mistake, we have to refile our business taxes which costs $250. 180 is refusing to pay to clean up the mistake that they made. We are all human and mistakes happen, but good businesses always make sure their mistakes do not impact their customers.
