Large or small, it didn't matter. He was the best financial advisor I had. After his unfortunate death, Ryan took over, and the service is not near Ray's. During the unprecedented times of this year, when the markets were falling off the cliff, I asked him to make a few trades, as many people did around the country. Prior to that, I changed very little other than monthly allotments. Because he didn't want to make a few trades for mom and I during this unprecedented time, he is canceling our accounts! Again, I made very few changes prior. Ray would NEVER do that, but his son doesn't seem to care. He doesn't seem to catch that myself, and many others got scared when the dow lost 1500+ points in a day on many occasions this year. They say, "Your dreams, your way" That's a bunch of . If you make a few trades during hard times, they will drop you. You are better off with someone else. Sorry Ryan, years of loyalty to your firm are gone because you couldn't follow in your dad's footsteps. How sad.
