However, things went sideways when the bank declined the cash app payment on Sunday around 12:30-1pm. The bank's fraud department even called regarding the payment. Travis raised the price 4 different times, from the original $640-$1030, threatened to file with the court on Tuesday morning, and called me a scammer! After a phone call to my bank the next morning the payment was sent through and arrived by 12:30-1pm on Monday the day after the move. Be aware this service only accepts cash app or PayPal payments and pray that your bank doesn't decline it as possible fraud as the owner has quite the temper and very little patience. Very upfront with what needed to be moved because some moving companies will not move plants. The minute she got out of the truck she started telling me what the couldn't move, plants being one of them, liquids (gal jugs of unopened water) lawnmowers and can't remember what all they couldn't take. I reused used boxes some were stained and she wouldn't take them because they may leak. I told her I was upfront about the plants and was never told they were a problem! Then asked me to pay more to get another guy there. Which I agreed. Whatever it took to get the job done. My lease was up and back was against the wall. Then they said they were done and there were several boxes, items, including plants that they had not loaded. The project manager got mad when I told her that was unacceptable that I was paying them to move all my belongings and not just some. She started yelling, sat boxes down at the top of the stairs, called me outside my name. I had knee surgery and it made it difficult for me to get down the stairs. called I was furious when I got to my new place, their manager was already there and was very nice. I told her they did not take everything, they left the doors off the hinges and their cordless tools. Needless to say they did go back and get more of my belongings but I think they only did that because they had left their cordless tools behind. They took my bed apart and broke one of the slats under the mattress. Did not put all the screws back in and it squeaked and was wobbly. I had to remove the mattress, go buy screws and put it together properly! My son and I still had to go back and load boxes and other item into our cars but at least the large heavy items made it to the house. Would NOT recommend or use again!!

They only pay these people 8 bucks an hour and we heard all about it. The workers actually bragged about not graduating high school. They complained about hating their job and the tight wad pay. One guy claimed he never got out of Grade school ! We are both disabled and in addition to running out before they assembled a bed, they took our Safety ladder. They tried to reuse garment boxes by distracting us and ACTUALLY went into our closet and dumped clothes there. On the first day, we caught them crushing $1,800.00 suits into a 2' x 2' box. That was over $100.00 alone to get them re cleaned and pressed. They claimed to be bonded and insured. I personally never saw the bond. So, when we filed a claim, THEY REFUSED TO PAY IT. The old man Eldred could care less as he said he'd review it. Turned out, he went back to Florida. If your that hard up for a mover and have to use them, insist on a written guarantee of reimbursement up front and in writing. Any other mover has to be better than these amateurs. One other thing to do is hire a spotter to watch them load the truck. What goes on is NOT a guarantee it's coming off. Also, the crew chief was asking us for narcotics. He got an Aleve, lol. We did file a police report. Six of them were called in but nobody ratted anyone out. Figures. Hopefully our insurance company is suing them through subrogation.
