I can't rave enough about Dr. Smith and her entire staff!! I have now done MANY procedures with her clinic, including various facial laser treatments (removed my brown age spots, red veins, redness and discoloration, and wrinkles); body treatments such as tickle lipo + BBL (removed fat and placed it in my butt - I no longer have flat booty, and minimally invasive!!) ; the NEW revolutionary combo treatment called InMode Body Tite fat reduction & skin tightening + Morpheus 8 skin tightening...and on multiple body areas. (This minimally invasive treatment melts fat AND tightens skin at the SAME time Instead of having to go under the knife to tighten up skin which would have been very costly with significant recovery time.) I was very nervous to spend money and about any recovery time post-procedure; however, boy was I surprised at how minimally invasive and how quickly I recovered from ALL of these procedures! I had no pain whatsoever, and the recovery was easy for me. I got back to my normal activities quickly. AND, these procedures were all surprisingly very cost effective compared to ALL of the other high caliber doctors with Dr. Smith's qualifications! This was an incredible value, especially if you bundle your treatments and get everything done at her clinic, instead of, for example, doing facial services at one clinic and then body services at a different clinic. She and her staff can do it all - and with excellence!! In my opinion, Dr. Smith Is overqualified to do these procedures; added bonus - she has an excellent bedside manner and dynamic personality, which makes the experience very enjoyable! I had tickle lipo done a week ago. Dr. Smith is absolutely amazing! When I went in for my free consult I had a ton of questions and she was friendly, professional, and happily answered every question. She was very forthcoming about what she thought she could do for me and what she couldn't do. I know to fix everything I would need a tummy tuck but I did not want to take that type of risk so decided instead to do lipo. During the procedure I felt at ease and again Dr. Smith was wonderful. Not only is she FANTASTIC at what she does but she also has a wonderful bedside manner. A week after the procedure I am still swollen and bruised (as is to be expected) but even now I love the results from what she did. I could not be happier! She gives out her cell number so if you have questions after the procedure you can text and have direct access to her (how rare is that!). I sent her a couple different texts and she always promptly responded to me. I would recommend Dr. Smith to all of my friends and family without hesitation and I would go back to her myself in a heartbeat if I needed to do something else. I don't usually write reviews, but after reading the one by JJ R. I felt I needed to set the record straight. I have tried several weight loss plans in the past and lost weight, but had problem areas where the weight just wouldn't come off. I decided to look into liposuction and am so thankful that I found Dr Smith! On my first meeting I was very nervous and self conscious, but Dr Smith and her staff were so warm and welcoming that I was quickly put at easy. Dr Smith showed me before and after pictures of all three of the areas that I was concerned about and informed me of how the procedure would work. She gave me a quote which included free skin tightening after the procedure. I was amazed by the lack of pain and love that I don't have huge scars like I have seen from other forms of lipo. Dr. Smith, in the best way possible, is the complete opposite of the large companies that charge 15k for lipo on one part of the body and provide no hands on care or information in consults. I met with Dr Smith twice and she was incredibly detailed, honest, and reassuring about my procedure (abdominal tickle lipo). She didn't try and sell me on more and she gave me great, realistic timeline information on recovery too. The pricing was MORE than reasonable and I loved meeting with her ahead of time to have my actual surgeon answer my questions, calm my anxieties and also help me understand the procedure and results. This place is amazing! I got cool sculpt a few years ago from a different clinic. It was painful and didn't work. I met with a tech, not even a nurse and had no instructions before my surgery. I was very hesitant to try anything again until I found Dr. Smith. First of all, I got to meet her at the consultation and she listened to my needs and expectations. The entire surgery was explained to me in the consult so I went into it knowing exactly what to expect. The nurse was amazing and so funny! The surgery itself was about 6 hours. I was awake the whole time and she actually showed me my fat as it was being taken out! My favorite thing about Sapphire Advanced Aesthetics is that they really care about their patients and it shows. I came back for my incision check 10 days after my procedure and had already lost an inch! Then they had me come back for my 6 week check up and I lost 3 inches! I researched a number of places I had seen offering Groupon; also called to speak to someone prior to the Groupon purchase (advanced service). The cancellation policy is that of a REAL clinic- you miss your appointment; you forfeit. Just want to say that I was totally impressed with Dr. Smith and her staff! I am a health care professional and I knew as soon as I meet her I was in good hands! Eva- the office manager is horrible. Instead of admitting that her staff made a mistake of not calling me, a client, to cancel the appointment due to Corona outbreak, she defended her staff by saying "We called everyone last Friday" - "Well, I don't know what to tell you, I'm looking at her note, and she did call you and left a message". I did not want to keep my apt and risk exposing myself to the virus, I just wanted a confirmation that the appointment was cancelled. A sincere - appropriate apology would have been nice, but Eva was a Miss Perfect, better put it on our clients than ourselves. I have been to a few places to have procedures done. I loved meeting Leslie and having her use Botox and micro laser peal, and pro fractional laser. What is really wonderful is her warmth and friendliness. She took the tiime to know who I was and what would best work for me. I did the tickle lipo a year ago, you would never know that I had any thing done! there was ZERO change to my body, NOT ONE INCH, not one pant or dress size, not then, not now. I spent almost 5,000$ for no remarkable results. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to show for it. I must say it's very discouraging to utilize a last resort and choose lipo, and then still have the same abdomen I had when I walked in. Less than a quart of fat was removed mostly if not all from my hips, not my belly, and I'm supposedly a prime candidate, within 15 lbs of my ideal weight. I have been coming here for laser hair removal and I am so happy with the results so far! I am getting my leg hair removed because who likes shaving? So far I've had 2 sessions and I already notice a difference. The waiting area is nice and classy, the staff is amazing and always so nice.
