A one stop shop for all your pet and house service needs with outstanding customer service!…read more I was previously with another waste removal service that I loved but they had billing issues using QuickBooks. With multiple pets, I needed quick and consistent service. I sent an inquiry through Yelp projects and was contacted by the owner Afsheen. He so warm and personable. He listened, outlined my options, and explained the other services offered (landscaping, handyman, pet sitting). It just so happened I needed landscaping for a major yard clean up as well. Both were scheduled an executed expediently and at a very good price. Daniel did magic on the yard and managed to save our dying tree. We also set up weekly pet waste service. We always receive a text the day before and day of. Our technician, John, is always so quiet and does a through job. Afsheen has put together a wonderful professional team who takes pride in their jobs. Billing and payment is done online and is a breeze and so easy. Highly recommend this service and have already gladly passed their contact info to others. They are competent and timely. Thank you Rebel DK!

The owner, Afsheen, is incredibly kind and genuinely invested in the people he serves and our fur babies as well. He is personable, thoughtful, and truly a good human at heart. If you have lived in Las Vegas long enough, you understand that finding that level of integrity and sincerity is not always easy. Afsheen stands out for all the right reasons, especially with a business. His entire team reflects the same professionalism and respect. They are prompt, consistently communicative, providing updates when they are on the way and confirm immediately after services are complete. The yard is always spot on and the gate always closed properly behind them. That reliability and transparency make a significant difference, especially a peace of mind for our fur babies. Rebel DK is truly a gem of a business, and I am grateful to have found Afsheen and his team. Keep up the amazing work guys!

Scott has been checking in on our…read morebest feline friend and home when we are away for almost seven years and we couldn't be happier. The professionalism from Pets R Family was evident right away. Before the first time Scott sat for us he came over to get all of the information he'd need to care for our pet and home. He asked about our vet, emergency contact numbers, water preference, foods, etc. For our home he asked about things like the trash schedule and mailbox location. I know many people like boarding their pets, but I love the convenience of having my pet cared for in our home where he feels safe and comfortable. I love that I don't have to drop off and pickup, especially for early morning departures and late returns. In the past boarding meant parting with my pet the night before a trip. Now I just leave for my trip knowing my pet will be checked on. So easy! Scheduling sitting is so easy. We had the initial meeting years ago and now I just text Scott the dates we need him. He has always been available and has never left me scrambling to find another option. When I'm away I get occasional texts letting me know that all is well. When I was nearing my due date with my daughter I asked Scott to be "on call" and he was happy to do so. So when it was time to head to the hospital all I had to do was text Scott. It was such a relief to know that my pet and home would be watched over. When I return from trips I always return to a happy, cared for pet and my home as I left it. I feel very lucky to have found Pets R Family Too. I highly recommend this company!

This time I was away in Europe for 10 days, and decided to hire Pets R Family Too and see how it goes. They first of all came to visit to see and meet the dogs and understand requirements. Then we discussed the price and schedule. As I left I was a bit nervous, but they were in constant touch over the email, which helped put me at ease. When I got home, my dogs were happy to see me, but they were also relaxed. I could not believe it! My house was also in order with zero accidents!!! When you first walk in you'll see an inviting and comfortable lobby decorated with a large throw rug, ornate furniture, and paintings of dogs and cats hanging on the walls. Behind the counter is a large window that looks out into the play area. You'll also notice a lot of TVs around the play area that are showing dog movies and cartoons. PROS: - 3 large indoor play areas for small, medium, and large sized dogs - an indoor grassy area (that's changed daily, I believe) where dogs can pee and poo - private 'suites' available for overnight stays - friendly and competent staff that genuinely seems to love dogs - feeding times are based on a dog's normal eating time - since everything's indoors you don't have to worry about dogs getting overheated during the summer CONS: - It's the most expensive boarding facility I've used. Sometimes I spend more boarding my dogs than I do for my own vacation. My dalmatian isn't always the friendliest dog, but she still loves coming here and socializes with the other dogs. Both of my dogs get plenty of exercise and are always exhausted from running around all day. They're located in an industrial park just east of the airport. They used to have another location that was easier for me to get to on Rainbow and Sahara, but that location closed down about a year ago.
