Walking around I quickly realized that thinking this place is just another Spirit Halloween store, is like thinking King Soopers is just another Starbucks Coffee place. The inventory at Reinke's is incredible. Yes, it has costumes for Halloween for that one month out of twelve where they celebrate that holiday and host a haunted house. But the rest of the year this place has everything you'd possibly want to host a Star Wars themed party, St. Patrick's Day bash, Mardi Gras gathering, create a magic show or produce a Broadway play. Room after room are filled with every imaginable item to change your appearance from scary to sexy. They also have makeup, masks, stage props and lots of different magic tricks. I was overwhelmed by the extent of their inventory. The kids had fun looking and playing with everything and we purchased some small items just for fun. I'm sure we'll be back.

Many robots and live people jumping out of nowhere! No expense spared and tons of custom art throughout. Fabulous does not even come close to explaining this place. YOU MUST GO "TO KNOW". Ask for Greg Reinke (owner) and he will give you the scoop on subtle things you miss (like the meaning of murals in the women's bathroom!!). Greg is very cool and has been given access to dozens more movie props from VIP's that adorn the high wall. Check out the original Pumpkin Head full-size statue from Stan Winston!!! And the original Preditor (plus 8-10 more from Star Wars to what ever! GO see it for yourself!)

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering from this company. Yikes! You know how yummy they make…read morefood look in commercials, then you get it and it doesn't even resemble what you saw on TV? That is what happened at Party City with a "balloon bouquet". I ordered 2 bouquets so they could be split up, but look nice and full for a small party. In the photo online, they're gathered nicely together, adjusting height for different sized balloons, all tied at the bottom with a weight to secure each bouquet together and keep them in place. There was an additional ribbon that was loosely curled at the base of each balloon, just a nice touch that I requested specifically in the provided space in their very good ordering interface. I was a little put off when I had to pay an additional $7 (per bouquet) to have helium put in the balloons (really?!?). They were certainly blown up in the photo of the bouquet online. When I get to the shop, I'm handed 12 balloons, tied together with the ribbons. No bouquet, no weights, no curly ribbon. I asked where the weights were and was told I'd have to pay an additional $4 for each weight and they don't put them together. SO DISAPPOINTED!! I won't be back and recommend you do the same. Cheers!!

I'm not sure why, but I get a little depressed when I walk into stores like this. I can't totally put my finger on it, but it does feel like the embodiment of wasted time and resources. Not the people working there - they were totally cool and helpful - I think it was more being surrounded by endless aisles of....stuff. However, I think most of the world is like that, so it's totally fitting, yes? Ok, is this the most depressing review of a party store or what? Boils down to - good place for stocking up on party supplies. Check the discount racks! You might find something good.

I am honestly surprised that they do not have us pay for the credit card fees they incur! This place and its C-Level Staff and the employees of this business are done. I quite literally just had to escort 4 teenagers out that were causing a scene, and they were in way over their heads; after being a cop for over 15 years I was completely prepared to defend myself and knock two males out, as the staff from Spirit failed to act on anything; what an enormous DISAPPOINTMENT!!

They were really picked over, so we went back to the Spirit Halloween at Aspen Grove. We noticed a sign on the door, but went in to look for a different decoration. We noticed all the employees up at the cash registers, some of whom were sitting on the counters. With many customers in the store, they turned off the lights (can you say safety hazard?). No apologies or announcements were made. If you are going to close the store, and you just have employees standing around, place one at the front door, one or two at the cash wrap, and the rest walk the store to inform customers the store is closing. This was very unprofessional, as well as a huge safety issues with adults and children in the store. They would be liable for anything that could have happened.
