Fourth of July weekend, every place closed, we got a flat on a road trip to Whistler - called Santis, answered on the first ring, told us to bring it in now, back on the road in 30 minutes. Could of charged us whatever he wanted but was completely reasonable. Thank you so much! So grateful for competent, honest, hardworking people. read more

Santi's you'll get honest service...from cost to quality, these guys are genuine, not trying to finesse your pockets. I came in with a budget, the tires I wanted were brand new but were only going to be available in the evening. Unfortunatley i had a 2 hour trip and couldn't wait, Santi then says not to worry i will get you the ones over your budget since they are available now. Got brand new tires above my budget for the same price of the tier below ! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! This is why after 15 years, I still go there. read more

prices are ridiculous and the attitude is not friendly from one of the folks that i was requesting help from. I cannot fathom paying 70 dollars a tire for used tires and to sum it up 280 for a set. I just needed two and he said he doesn't break sets in the rudest way read more

Decent tire prices and quick service. They do more than just tire services. They his will for sure be my go to for "Used" tires.

i'm going to this location for over 30 years today I will purchase my 50th tire in my family. always have fast friendly service in my tires. See the last years no reason to buy new when I can get slightly used and last the same amount of time for a fifth of the cost I send all my friends here....Rusty Wright read more

I was returning a rental car that I'd had for a few months for work. Managed to get some tire rash from all the parallel parking in Cap Hill. Anyways, didn't want to deal with paying to replace the rim. Was in the area and found Santis (actually went up the street first but they recommended this place highly). They were beyond quick. I was in an out in the time it took for me to talk to my girlfriend. They had popped off the wheel, ground out the marks and put it back on in maybe 20 minutes. And on top of that, they charged me maybe $40. Other places I had called to do a repair quoted $200+ and it would require leaving the car there all day till they could get around to it. Highly recommend. Owner was extremely friendly to boot. read more

Santis Tires & Wheels - New tires! - Tires Near Me - Tacoma, Washington

One of my tires had a nail in it that my dealership noted as irreparable & quoted me at $308 to replace it. I dropped into Santis based off recommendation on a busy Saturday morning. The owner let me jump in front of some big jobs since this would be so quick & had my tire fixed within 15 minutes free of charge. So so grateful for his help!!! read more

Only tire shop I'll ever go to. Best people, best value, best everything. I had brand new wheels and they mounted a semi stretched tire and didn't leave a single scratch on any of the wheels. Been coming for the last year for all my tire needs. Would absolutely recommend read more

Amazing hard working team. I'm so thankful for everyone here who helped me today. I was about to spend over $200 for a new wheel somewhere else, but they were able to get me in with no appointment and repair it for a reasonable price. I will be recommending anyone I know to come here. Thank you guys again. read more

100% recommend going here for all your tire needs! Came in on a Sunday, no appointment was needed, and there was no wait what so ever. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted right away. The guys in the shop also let me watch over my precious wheels and of course they did a fantastic job no complaints! Fair prices and excellent service! Once again highly recommend read more

I've gotten service before for $5 for a simple patch (last year sometime). So today go in and wait 35 minutes just to talk to the front counter guy, was sitting down waiting patiently. he gets done, proceeds to make a phone call, after another 5 minutes of not being called up and him exhibiting weird behavior (fat front counter guy), I proceeded to get immediate service from a mechanic outside (he had actually just got done with helping a guy who came 15 minutes after me but that customer was smart and asked someone who actually does the work. After getting a simple service done I made a joke about having to wait another 35 minutes to get service only to get immediate service again from a mechanic (not the fat front counter guy) but since i guess he took it as a sign of disrespect (my joke) I got the gringo price or "full price" 4 times what i paid the year prior. My fault for not being fake and smiling in the face of a very lengthy wait time. Good luck to anyone who "disrespects" them. never once gave them dirty looks, sighs, etc. even if it would have been warranted, just the one "joke" i chuckled to with a "help me" look on my face. read more

This is the best place for tires they are always honest with us. We brought our car in for tires they replaced them with new ones very quickly. They are family owned and always treat us well!!! read more

My experience was great!! I looked in both Montana and Puget Sound to get my rims powder coated. Everyone was two weeks or more out. They all wanted days to a week to do the work. All only accepted bare rims. That means, put my truck on stands somewhere ( I don't have stands, a garage, or a jack other than the small emergency jack that comes with the vehicle), pull the wheels, get a tire shop to to take the tires-TPMS-valve stems off, take the bare rims to be powder coated and do the reverse to get my truck back running. That is just not feasible for most customers, certainly not me! I am in Issaquah and Santis is is an hour plus drive away. I called anyway. They also said two weeks but because I asked for sooner would check the schedule and call me back. I called in the morning and about 4PM I called back because I hadn't heard back yet. I talked with Adam and he said he was just about to call. He had checked and could get me in that weekend. They work seven days a week. For me that is amazing news. Also if dropped off Friday it would be done by Sunday. That's two day total. OK, lets do it. Drove the hour down and dropped off the truck Friday afternoon. Adam called back Saturday the next day and said it was done. I could pick it that afternoon. One day, crazy fast and my truck is now the way I hoped it could be. Oh by the way, Santis did the job for a great price and considering everything was done by them, pull the wheels, strip, and powder coat, and reinstall. If you want work done, go to Santis. I will return when I need them again. One of the best shops around. Don't let the giant yard full of tires fool you, it is the work that counts and they get the job done. Thanks!!!! read more

Went here to get my new tires mounted and it was quick and everything was done professionally. Highly recommend.

These guys were SO accommodating and kind. They were able to fix my tires right then and there and they were honest about everything. The prices and service are top notch and how every repair shop should be! I highly recommend this shop. I'm only going here from now on anytime I have a problem with my tires. read more

I read the reviews, all things considered I figured 22x 5 stars vs 1x1 star review,I can't go wrong. I walked in on a Sunday (and yeah, I know Sundays suck for the tire biz) and stood in the office for 20 minutes with my flat tire. I saw 3 customers wander in and out of the office. I saw 3 workers roaming around, doing their thing. No one ever talked to me (zero words, not even feigned acknowledgement). A guy walked in, two people behind and the tech immediately followed him in and asked him what he needed. Zero customer service today. I may have been a fluke but it needs to count. PS: throw away all those little pictures I drew whilst standing at your counter unacknowledged, please. That's the last you'll see of me. read more

Santi is amazing! Absolutely made my day coming to get a tire from him. Thank you again Santi!

Excellent job by Santis Tires & Wheels! We were recommended this shop by our car salesman and so glad we listened. Couldn't be any happier with powder coating work by Adam. My Range Rover was well taken care of and it turned out better than we imagined. With its new rims, it looks brand new and fell in love with it all over again. If you're looking for a place that does powder coating or any wheel and tire needs you have, you don't need to look any further. Santis Tires & Wheels will get the job done perfectly! We will definitely be back with other vehicles and recommend this place to everyone we know. Thank you! read more

We called and asked if they would be open today because it is Labor Day. We were told they would be open until 6pm so we went straight there after work! Saw the lighted sign says "open" we pull up and the gate is closed- owners truck parked outside, all doors and bay doors open and no one answering! Tried to call and the voicemail is not set up! Very disappointed as we wasted time driving there and not only did they lie on the phone but they were there and did not even respond. Pretty crappy! read more

We had a low tire due to a nail. They got it out and patched my Tire free of charge! We have bought tires here as well. Great service!!!!

A good friend of mine just referred me to Santis tires and wheels. She is 78 years old and she could not talk well enough about the excellent service she was given at this establishment. When she came in she was a little frazzled and short on time and they were there to accommodate her at an extremely reasonable price. She's and her daughter Julie have been there numerous times and each time was equally impressed. read more

I just recently went into Santi's Tires @W heels again to have one of my front tires repaired as well as get each of them rotated. I was greeted with the same professionalism and efficiency and could not be more pleased with this company's service. Santi's Tires appear to be continually busy, but yet they magically fit you in even with the jobs like mine that were a no charge. I will NEVER go to any other place for tires other then this business and am so happy to have a company like this who I trust completely. read more

I was referred here by a trusted source who purchased four tires for his family's three vehicles for an amazing price (his total here was the equivalent of his suburban's quote alone at Les Schwab).. so I decided to take his word.. First of all, I recently purchased a used vehicle because my previous beauty was totalled out due to a hit and run accident (make sure you have uninsured motorist coverage on your insurance policy!!!), and for being someone not used to buying from a third party I failed to ask the history on the tires.. or check to see if the wheels required a special lock nut (which they did-meh!). I had a mechanic friend inspect and fix a minor issue on my car and was advised that my tires were subject to "root rot".. so the last six weeks I was a nervous wreck driving on I-5 knowing my tires were more than over due for replacement. So I knew I not only needed tires but perhaps needed new rims/wheels/whatever it required.. all I was thinking was cha-ching. It was 11:05am on a Tuesday when I rolled up. One customer was just leaving and I considered myself lucky with the timing.. Raymundo came out and I explained the lock nut situation. He checked to see if they could remove the old without an issue and to my surprise they could and he did. Hallelujah!! Not only did I receive four new tires with compatible new lock nuts (free of charge mind you!) I paid an incredible price for winter tires. Their undisclosed warranty (I asked prior to payment) merits that you save the receipt and can receive future repair of the tires purchased. The time on my receipt was 12:06pm. I drove away confident in the quality of tires I purchased that were half the price of Les Schwab. Support Ma & Pop's shops and check these guys out if you're in the market for tires!! read more

Long story short, I had a terrible experience at a dealership auto shop (*cough* GT Auto in Tacoma *cough*) and came to Santi's looking for help. I initially walked in looking for advice, but after telling him (who I presume to be 'Santi') about my previous experience, specifically how I had paid for a package that included a tire rotation yet they never actually rotated my tires, Santi offered to rotate my tires for me on the spot for very cheap. I accepted his generous offer and sat in the waiting room for 15 or so minutes while my tires were rotated, front to back. Once it was all done, Santi let me know I was good to go. When I went to pay him he declined and said it was on the house. He just asked that I remember his shop if I am ever in future need. And that is when I knew that angels existed, because seriously- who is that nice in this day and age?! So yes, I will remember his shop, and I will also tell everyone and their mom about what a wonderful man he is, as well as the business he runs! So I guess that wasn't a short story after all. But moral of the story: go visit Santi's if you have any tire needs! read more

This place is great. To make long story short on Thursday (August 15, 2013) at about 7'ish I was driving and realized one of my tires was on the verge of blowing out, tires I had only purchased 5 weeks prior. (That's a story in itself). I pulled in and they where very busy. To add I left the house without $ or a card of some type. Rather then turning me away even though they had closed and where only finishing up the cars already there the owner and I don't know his name says no problem pull in. I must he hadn't seen my tire. Before I could walk to the bathroom and get back (not quit but close) there was a replacement tire on and my car was ready. When I walked into pay I was expecting some huge inflated price because I had to have it and we all know that when its a MUST have its more expensive. I asked how much and the owner says," whatever you think is fair". I said come again and with the same answer. I reply with how about $30 for a used tire and he said I would have taken $20 and will sell for $20. I purchased used tires for this exact same car it's my sons and the allignment is bad and I didn't see the point of new tires until the allignment was fixed and those tired where $40. In summary, I WILL return and buy brand new tire for all 3 of mine and the wives cars that 2 are in need of anytime. In addition my HUGE mouth will tell everyone that needs tires, wheels or both hit this place up!!!! read more

If you need cheap tires quick, this is your place. If there are any electronic sensor issues - DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! After purchasing a new full set of tires, i had to pay $69 a piece for three sensors and the error light was still on the next day.
