If I could give them Zero stars I would! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My food order was incorrect and the manger had the worst attitude ever. Yelled at young lady that took the order and attempted to through lettuce and tomatoes into the cheesesteak sub that I ordered with his bare nasty hand. I asked for him to put on gloves and he literally through my food in the trash and said give her back her money! Very sad because without customers there will be no place if business! read more

It hasn't been open long - but I took the kids in 2 weeks ago and we've been back twice. The pizza is really good and the italian sub is perfect. We ordered delivery when we had some friends over - total success. I stopped in for lunch yesterday and the place was busy - I guess things are working out for this new place. I am glad. [Old review: Wonderful food! I've ordered delivery from them several times, and I have yet to order something that I don't like. I'm a Marsala fanatic and theirs is some of the best I've had. Great portions for the price. Very consistent in taste and portions, as well. An all around great experience. I would definitely recommend them, and I will be ordering from them again :D] Actually, scratch that review. My family has gotten food poisoning twice from them recently. I'm still recovering from it. Not ordering anymore. I'm worried they are either leaving food without refrigeration for long periods of time, there's cross contamination, or they're not rotating stock properly. This pizza is legit. The crust is thin and tasty and has just the right balance of crispiness and chewiness, the sauce is bright and vibrant, and the cheese is in perfect proportion. And if you like olives you'll love them on your pie here, because they use sliced kalamatas instead of the canned stuff and it makes a huge difference. Santini's has become our go-to delivery place since we first tried them a few weeks ago and we're consistently happy with what we get. The bruschetta is great, the garlic bread is GARLIC! bread, the Santini salad is an enjoyable twist on a Greek salad, the calzone is delicious, the chicken piccata and chicken marsala are just fine, and the cannolis are fantastic. That's not to say we've been enamored with everything. We ordered a side of meatballs once that we weren't crazy about, but the sauce they came in might've been the best tomato sauce I've had in Maryland. They're reliable with their delivery times too. Ever since moving to MD from NJ this is exactly the kind of place I missed the most. This isn't some upscale Italian place that's going to fancy everything up. It's a neighborhood joint that cranks out reliable, tasty, if unspectacular grub. Every neighborhood should be so lucky to have a place like this. read more

This has to be the most unprofessional place I have ever ordered from. The person on the phone said he was the owner and had very poor customer service skills. I ordered a pizza and it took over an hour and a half to receive and when I called the guy on the phone "owner" made it seem like it was my fault and started giving reasons why they should stop delivering on post and proceeded to be very very rude. I hope everyone who reads this review thinks twice about ordering or supporting this business. I have served for over 24 years and never have I felt so disrespected after this guy as the owner hung up on me and refused to refund my money when asked. I will be filing a report to the BBB and the military community about this business. If this the attitude of an owner of a customer service business, I dread to think of the culture of this business. Orders the veal parm sandwich it had very little veal on it and was smothered it sauce. The veal was also cut up into very small little pieces. ( like you would cut up for a baby) not kidding. Would never order a sandwich again. Their pizza is OK. Paid way to much for such a horrible sandwich, that was basically all bread and sauce. read more

Terrible experience! My wife, son, and I met some people from my son's baseball team at Santini's after a couple of games on a Sunday night. We arrived a few minutes after our friends, ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a house salad at the counter, then sat at a table with two other dads. The wait staff brought our friend's order of a medium pepperoni pizza to the table right after we sat down. After a few minutes, my wife had to ask for her salad, which the lady behind the counter brought. After about 15 more minutes, my wife went to the counter to check on the pizza. The lady at the counter said they brought it to us already. When my wife said they brought our friend's pizza but not our's, she was basically called a liar and then told they had made all the pizzas that had been ordered. They refused to either make us a pizza or give us a refund. I actually have never been to a customer service business that would just refuse to serve the customer when it cost them next to nothing. This is the first time I ate at this place. My husband pick up the food after work and ordered a plain pie and a Santini's special calzone without sausage and ham. The calzone was ordered specifically that way because of my anaphylaxis to sausage. My husband had to call them to reorder my calzone so I could pick it up. I was unable to bring the calzone with me so when I got there I explained to them that it would literally kill me if I put it in my car with me. So she said to me "you want them both" After I already told her two times that I was unable to bring it back. She charged me half price anyway even though they did not pay attention when taking the original order. The first calzone went in the trash. The second one was pretty good but the customer service was terrible. I won't go back there and I don't recommend anyone with food allergies to eat there because they could care less and can kill someone. read more

Our pizza was all over the box, the grease was dripping out of the box and all over our floor. The man who delivered our pizza left and came back to the door asking for a tip. The only thing fine about our order, is the hot wings. Never ordering there again. And to have to pay extra for a small thing of ranch, that's outrageous. read more

First time ordering here and the food was okay. Delivery was fast (I ordered around 2 in the afternoon and I received the food in about 30 minutes). I ordered the crab dip and it smelled really good but it is somewhat bland. It comes with a good portion of bread to go along with the dip. read more

went there yesterday morning 11/7/18 with a few of my student the waitress was extremely sweet and very knowledgeable of the food and area she even went out of her way to change the station to the elections for us i cant remember her name just that she had long nail and colorful tattoos , i was amazed at how much she was doing from answering the phone to taking orders bagging delivery and carry out order to bring out food all on her own food was fresh and came out faster than expected pastas were large portions and Delicious i was pleasantly surprised over all by my experience at santinis and will defiantly be coming again with friends and spreading the word about this great establishment. read more

I went there to eat a few nights ago.. The food is a bit overpriced but their white pizza is amazing! I was impressed with the cashier girl as well. She was very sweet! But I'm really not impressed with the owner. He seemed rude to his employees and I heard him call the cashier girl stupid? That's not a way to talk to your employees especially out in the open where customers can hear. I give them 3 stars. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. After placing my order and the employee repeating it back to me correctly, I received a call back confirming part of my order. She said I said no hot peppers but it came with sweet peppers and asked if I still wanted those. Not thinking much of it, I said fine. Well, once my order arrived it was something completely different then I ordered. I called the store and was told that because the receipt said on it what I received that I was wrong. I told the girl that may be true but it wasn't what I ordered. She said well you paid for it so that's what you got. They were the same price. All the while, who I am assuming is the manager was telling her in the background that that's what I ordered so that's what I got. She then proceeded to ask me if when she confirmed my order on the phone if I told her it was right which I did because she repeated it back to me correctly. THEN I was told that because she called back and said it came with sweet peppers not hot peppers I should have told her that she was incorrect. As someone who works in an industry dealing with the public, this might be the worst case of customer service I have ever encountered. We will never return and I will be telling everyone I know that goes there how horrible the customer service was. read more
