    In all fairness to Brightway, I cannot attest to the quality of their work, but I can attest to…read moretheir handling of the contract process which, in my experience, has been unprofessional at best. I contacted Brightway to estimate powerwashing a patio, 2 umbrellas, vinyl fencing, and a pathway circling a pond. Sean Stiles, an affable fellow, was quick to respond, walked the property, and sent an estimate via email within an hour or so of his inspection which included some additional work that I was not ready in doing at the same time. So far, so good. I replied, via email, with instructions of the work to be done, inquired of a better price (if possible), and conveyed my concerns about harmful chemicals that may affect the fish in the pond. I was then contacted by a fellow named Eric. We agreed on a lower price, agreed on a service date, and Eric told me that he would check with their chemical supplier with regard to my 'fish safety' concerns. The service date came but no workers. I left Eric 2 voicemails as to when I could expect them... No replies. The next day I then reached out to Sean Stiles requesting an explanation as to why no-one showed up the day before... to which Sean replied: "Hi Frank He (We) didn't like liability with fish issue. $400 something job with $4000 fish guaranty you might have a sick fish. Sorry, I thought this was understood. Thanks" My response to Sean was: "Fish not sick. If you didn't want to accept job you should have said so. Not returning calls and leaving people in the lurch AFTER agreeing is poor business. It's perfectly ok to have second thoughts. It's dis-courteous to not communicate them". There you have it. My problem with Brightway is in their lack of professionalism & consideration in how they conducted themselves, with no apparent regard to arrangements made and/or schedules altered to accommodate their service.
