Paid for snakes over and over, still had the problem. A different plumber suggested hydrojet but wanted to charge me an arm and a leg, thousands, but with a convenient payment plan. Yeah right. Then, a few days later, Tommy arrived at my house at the scheduled time and walked me through the process. Apparently, the tank had not been pumped in a while, so he took the time to find the tank and made a hole in the top. He recommended that I install a 6" PVC pipe over the hole so they could have easy access in the future, which I did.
