What a shame. My eyesight disabled and check engine came on in my 2017 Outback. It's done this…read morebefore because of the gas cap. We were traveling to Santa Fe from another state and on our way home to check engine and eyesight disable came on again. We went to Santa Fe Subaru at 7:30 AM and asked if they could run a Code check in the express lane (exactly what it's for) and the gentleman bluntly said yeah we can but you'll be sitting here all day. I told him all I needed was the code check because this has happened before and if it was something simple like the gas cap, we could drive to our home State and have the vehicle service there since it was just serviced a week ago. He said I would still be waiting possibly all day till 5 PM. I left and immediately drove to AutoZone. They checked the code within two minutes, and it was just the gas cap. It's unfortunate because we are moving to Santa Fe and we are in the middle of a decision whether to buy a new Subaru we've already owned six in the last 20 years (but hate the look of the new Outback) and this experience has made the decision for us to switch to Hyundai. After looking at the reviews of only a 2.4 for the service center in Santa Fe and being accustomed to five star service in our home State, we've decided this is not what we want to deal with especially being used to Subaru. Excellent service. Subaru Santa Fe should be embarrassed. This is a horrible customer interaction for anyone especially a loyal repeat Subaru owner. I will be writing Subaru corporate to relay this atrocious experience.

During that wait, when questions came up, I received enthusiastic assistance from several other members of the sales staff, even though I was another salesperson's customer.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Rubicon at a great price. Jessica took her time and answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed. This is how the purchasing experience should always be. Visit them and have David or Richard set you up with one of their great salespersons. In a prior visit, we dealt with Gilbert, who reminded us that he didn't get paid by the hour, and refused our request to take a test ride of a vehicle similar but not exactly what we were looking for unless we could provide some assurance that we would "most likely" purchase the vehicle. Salesmanship 101: Always cultivate your customer. If they don't buy today, treat them well and they may come back and purchase another time. Cultivating a customer should always be "worth your time". Fortunately, David called me the next day, on speakerphone with another manager and a few others to apologize for Gilbert's treatment of us, and assured us that this is not how their salespersons are trained to treat customers. I'm so glad David called and remedied the situation. David was sincere. You could tell he was genuinely concerned, not just due to my original review. The dealership, David and Jessica have my respect and have earned a loyal customer. Today was a win-win day.

My mom is in her 70's and dreads coming to this dealership to the point that her next car will not…read morebe a Jeep. We brought her car in for an oil change and service, driving 1.5 hours from where she lives to do so. They do not provide loaners or offer Ubers/lyfts, so I rented a car for the day. When we got the car back, at the end of the day (just before I had to return the rental!), it had not been washed, and the requested service had not been performed. Then, on the way home, the check engine light came on. For the next appointment, I brought it back myself. They said it would be 1-2 days. Cautiously optimistic, I booked a hotel room... still no word. I stayed a second night, and still didn't hear back. We have called and left two messages waiting for an update, and I am on my way to rent a car so I can drive back to her. It seems pretty problematic that getting a car serviced is ending up this costly (when you factor in the commute, time without a car, inability to get home for days, etc.). At the very least, they could provide us with timely updates. I am young enough that I can manage, but it seems downright unethical for them to hypothetically put an elderly woman in this position. She wouldn't have the option of not getting home, and there would have been no way for her to get a ride that she could afford. The were mildly apologetic about "forgetting" to complete the service we had requested the first time, but this type of mistake is hugely inconvenient (and would have been very risky for my mom to handle) when you are the only dealership within 2 hours. Please get it together, Jeep. I just want my mom to be safe, taken care of, and not to have her financially exploited and inconvenienced for what should be a standard repair service. You really need to provide loaners.

However, they overlooked the brake system which allows me to tow the vehicle behind my RV. I paid them $2100 and the same thing occurred again in Espinoza - 25 miles. The new Dealer manager came to the huge lot & with the help of a couple of his hands, found it promptly. I later took the Colorado to a small mechanic business in Pagosa Springs. They did the same replacement Total charge? $1600. They also recommended that I have the brake controller checked out as that may have been the problem. Turns out that WAS the problem. I've already posted a review on them. So if you're near Pagosa Springs, needing brake work, read the ALL 5-star reviews on brake work. You'll find them.
