M-Club food menu as of October 2025

Was here on business and had a pleasant stay.room on 14th floor of tower was clean and remodeled. Lobby was as nice and clean There was a musty type smell when the A/C was on, so I cracked the balcony door open - weather is fabulous. Worked out of the large M-Club for several hours. Decent breakfast and snacks. Coffee machines are right by the entrance door which doesn't seem like a great idea. No water bottles here, but bring your own for water dispenser. Proximity to airport is awesome. Uber/Lyft is around $15-20z. Lots of great food /restaurant options right past the 101.

Great conference hosting by Zaky Sayed and his team for the Missional AI conference in April 2026. Professional and personal throughout and hotel guests also appreciated their accommodations and amenities. Premiere Bonvoy members can use the lounge as well.

Don't be fooled by the exterior photos of this hotel online - it's actually quite nice! The lobby is fairly spacious and boasts a sizable bar and a decent hotel market. The accommodations were lovely. We got put up on the top floor. Our room had vaulted ceilings, a small balcony, and a nice view of the road and the hotel pool. The room was clean and the bed and sofa were VERY comfortable. The walls could be a little thin (I could hear someone's alarm going off in the morning) but nothing too wild. Overall would stay here again! My only gripe is that we decided on this hotel due to the close proximity to the theme park, but learned the hard way that it's nearly a mile walk to the front gate! Definitely got our steps in and the way there in the morning wasn't bad. But on a toasty day, the walk back to the hotel was rough! While I know they're no longer affiliated with the park, I wish there was a shuttle or some sort of transport, even for a fee.

Stayed here recently and overall it was decent, but not amazing. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly--especially at the breakfast restaurant. They really made the mornings feel welcoming. The location is pretty close to Levi's Stadium, which was great, but the walk back was long. Not the easiest stroll, especially after a long concert. We decided to walk back after a $100 pedicab ride there. One of the better parts of the stay was renting a cabana by the pool. It was $100 for 2-6 PM and came with bottled water and a fruit platter, which felt like a good deal and made for a relaxing afternoon. The downside? I got charged twice for it. I called and they said they'd send it to accounting, but I haven't heard anything back yet. For $460 a night, I expected a bit more. It wasn't bad, but definitely didn't feel worth the price tag.

Our little one loves fireworks but is ready to lay down by the time they start. This year we made our way to Great America for the day to enjoy rides - her first visit - then to Marriott for the evening to fulfill our reservation. We reserved a high tower room for the night to ensure our little one would be able to see the fireworks from the comfort of our room in her pjs. We succeeded! Initially our room faced the opposite direction of the fireworks. Upon discovering this, I made my way down to check in and was upgraded to a higher floor facing Great America. Breana was amazing. Her customer service, friendliness, professionalism and genuine conversation was refreshing. She checked us in and assisted us with changing the room for a better view. Our daughter enjoyed the firework show from the balcony of our room. She was in my arms almost the entire duration of the firework show then into daddy's. I'm so grateful we were able yo create a memory for her. The King High Tower room was spacious, modern and clean. The linens were soft, well maintained and contemporary. The bed itself was plush and easy to sink your body into to mold your silhouette. The bathroom was bright, the rain head shower was polished and clean in absence of water build up, the shower size was decent and easy to navigate within. The countertop was modern with upgraded finishes and it allowed for all of our products to be kept at one time on separate sides. Since we arrived to the first room around 915, second around 940 and fireworks ended around 10, neither my husband or I wanted to depart the property for food. Food service was available through 11p via Marriott so we ordered in. Turkey club with a side of fries or a salad was $21, the vegan burger with a side was $21 as well. A large San Pellegrino was $7 and an orange juice was $5. You have the option of going to the lobby to retrieve your meal (free) or room delivery for a $5 fee - we paid the fee. My husband enjoyed his turkey club with side salad and I ate my vegan burger. The vegan burger came y with half an avocado in slices (a huge deal) along chipotle sauce. The vegan burger was well flavored, BUT THE BUN was overcooked, hard and burnt inside and out. The burnt bun made it hard to eat the vegan burger which was very dissatisfying and disappointing. The vegan burger fell apart and I ended up eating a messy, deconstructed burger. For $21 redo the bun. The one missing star is for the burnt buns and my inability to eat my vegan burger without having to keep putting back together following each bite. The buns were impossible to eat nor enjoy so I left them off the burger. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay, abominations, customer service received via check in and room service and the immediate assistance to provide a room specifically requested for our needs. Having room service available until 11p was exceptional for us.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Santa Clara Marriott. I wasn't planning on staying here and made reservations at the last minute with my employer's travel agency. This Marriott is located in Santa Clara across the Great America. This Marriott most likely used to be one of their flagship locations as Great America used to be owned by the Marriott. The property was huge. It had convention halls, 2 towers and a couple of 2-3 story buildings facing their garden and pool. Remodeling was done a couple years ago modernizing the rooms. Check in was quick and easy by Kunal and his coworker. They knew how to process a virtual payment (VCP) that my employer uses, without this Marriott listed as one of my employers "Most Preferred Hotels". Our room was on the 10th floor of the larger tower. The room came with a king bed, a sofa and a large screen TV. The bathroom was adequate. No bathtub. There was a shower and a hand shower. Water pressure was weak on the 10th floor as it took 4-5 toilet flushes before everything flushed away. The bed was a little soft for me. With enough meds, I was able to get a good nights sleep. My room had a balcony with a view toward the park and Levi's stadium. The exercise room is downstairs by the pool. The gym had everything including stuff I couldn't use. They have a couple of Life Fitness and Peleton bikes that I was able to use with my bad ACL. They had several weight lifting machines, dumbells, and lots of ellipticals, treadmills, and 2 stair climbing machines. It was one of the better gym hotels. The pool was a large 25 yard pool with lane lines for lap swimming. They even had tennis courts. An M Club is available for Bonvoy members who are platinum and above. The M Club is one of the better ones around serving both breakfast and an evening appetizer. The personnel working there were friendly. The morning crew was Team Tagalog. They offer the usual scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, fresh fruit, pastries, oatmeal, juice and coffee. It wasn't until the last day of my 5 night stay that I found out that this M Club does things better than other M Clubs. At breakfast, they offer cooked to order eggs if you ask, or if they decide to offer. It was sad that they didn't offer it to me until my last breakfast; and that was from me watching their interactions with other Asian customers. Perhaps I was not Asian enough for them the first 4 days of my stay. In the evenings, the M Club was manned by Myra, Olga and Julian. They did their job, and warmed up to me after seeing me for a few days. The evening appetizer offerings were fantastic. It wasn't just an appetizer, it was dinner. They offered dishes like salmon vindaloo, chicken wings, pan seared cod and a seafood paella. Along with dinner, they also provided desserts. The food was fantastic. The Santa Clara Marriott is a good hotel. It was nicely remodeled. The room was okay. The food was good. The gym was adequate. I liked that they knew how to process my VCP. I probably will stay here again for work.

I had a summit conference event here today. I did not stay overnight at this hotel, I am only rating and commenting on the food and venue. Overall, breakfast and lunch was good. The venue was fine. Bathroom was clean. I did not feel too hot or too cold, so the temperature at the venue was perfect. I still wore layers just in case. There was a line to leave the parking lot waiting to get through the gate as everyone was leaving. It was good that there was a parking attendant helping to get the line going otherwise we may wait even longer. Overall, service was good. I would recommend having an event at this hotel if you need a venue to host an event.

This location was very surprising. Across from Great America! Looks vintage on the outside but the inside is pretty modern and spacious. I enjoyed my pool time. The food at M club was very good as well. I definitely recommend this location.

Hyatt house has all the convenience you need if you are staying for a while - microwave, fridge, dishwasher, sink, cups, plates, utensils, pull out couch. Cons: 1. When we pulled out the sofa bed, and my son started unraveling the sheet left there to use, we found a couple of bugs on the sheet. We immediately went downstairs and reported the issue and received a new room. 2. You needed to scan your card to use the elevator. But it took several tries of sliding it in and out before it worked. I'm guessing since this is an older hotel that is why the card reader was having issues. 3. Parking for the hotel is like the general parking for the shopping plaza. Front desk provided me a parking pass to place in my car. There wasn't a parking lot just for hotel guests. Neutral: 1. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but did go check it out. It is towards the back of the hotel, and had an outdoor shower as well with a few lounge chairs. I'm not sure why the front desk told us to use the pool to walk outside and turn right. I wanted to share my experience with Hilton Santa Clara during their Super Bowl tailgating event…read more On a positive note, the food and drinks were delicious, and credit is due to the kitchen staff and chef. As a long-time Hilton Honors member who has enjoyed staying at Hilton properties for over 20 years, I was excited to attend this event with my son -- our first Super Bowl event together. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. A few days before the event, I called ahead to ask about the non-hotel-guest policy and pricing. A very pleasant employee named Ana explained that the cost would be $50 per person, which included access to the bar area, food trucks, game viewing, and tokens toward food or drinks. When we arrived at registration on the day of the event, we were told the price had increased to $100 per person. At no point was I told that pricing was flexible or subject to change, which felt misleading and unprofessional. Once inside, we were informed that if we left the hotel -- even to access the food trucks -- we would not be allowed back in. This was an extremely restrictive policy, especially after paying a premium to attend the event. We were seated at table 105, which should clearly identify our waitress, although I did not catch her name. From the start, there was no greeting, introduction, or acknowledgment. We were there from approximately 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM, and service was consistently poor. My son, my friend, and I repeatedly ran out of drinks, including water, and often had to search for the waitress for long periods of time just to request refills. We observed the same issue at nearby tables, with other guests walking to the bar themselves due to lack of attention. I want to be very clear that the low tip was not due to being unwilling to tip. I typically tip 20-25% for good service. The reduced tip was strictly a reflection of the poor and inattentive service we received throughout the event. As the game was about to start, it became apparent that the TVs in the bar area had little to no audible sound. Only one TV in the lounge area could be heard, prompting guests to move chairs just to hear the game. When we requested assistance, the first manager who arrived told us the TVs were already at maximum volume and that nothing else could be done. That response was unacceptable for a paid Super Bowl viewing event. Thankfully, after requesting the General Manager, staff collaborated and resolved the issue by bringing out a portable speaker connected to the TVs. While this fixed the problem, it should have been an immediate solution rather than a last resort. This experience -- misleading pricing, restrictive policies, poor service, and lack of proactive management -- was especially disappointing given that this was my son's and my first Super Bowl event together. My friend also flew in from Florida specifically for this experience, which made the disappointment even greater. Unfortunately, I will not return to this Hilton location for events and will not recommend it to others. I will be sharing this experience so others can make informed decisions about attending future events here.

If any establishment deserves negative stars, this place would definitely be it! On late Tuesday night/early Wednesday of May 20/21, 2025, I walked in past midnight to book a stay. Unfortunately, AC Hotel was fully booked. Fine. I asked the front desk agent, Roselyn, if I could stay in the lobby to search for another Marriott hotel stay since I am a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite Member. She agreed, but after I used the restroom in the lobby and told her that all of the lavatories needed attention (NONE of the toilets were flushed, GROSS!), she seemed to change her mood. For some odd reason that night, the Marriott site was down and I could not view any available hotel rooms, so had to call Customer Service. I was put on hold for quite some time because all of the hotels in Santa Clara were fully booked. After a few minutes, Roselyn kicked me out of the hotel because "non-guests are not allowed to be in the lobby after a certain time." I asked her to make a special consideration for me because I was stranded and had no hotel room yet. She did not care and insisted that I leave and even fetched the security guard. She knew that I was alone with no place to go. She had no idea if I had transportation to go somewhere in the middle of the night. I felt like a criminal by Roselyn's unfriendly and incompassionate treatment. What extreme inhospitable treatment by someone in the hospitality industry! My experience prompted me to send feedback through the Marriott website and to call the AC Hotel to connect with the Hotel Manager, Fernando... I called on May 24 and Camille told me that Fernando would call me by Monday, the 26th. May 26 - no call from Fernando, so I called again and spoke to Shane who left a second message for Fernando. May 29 - still no call from Fernando, so I called again and left another message with Shane. Sholanda ended up calling me back instead. Not only did Fernando neglect to return my calls, my conversation with Sholanda was extremely disappointing and, frankly, shocking. I am starting to believe that the staff falls short of giving proper satisfactory customer service because management provides poor examples - After I filled Sholanda in on my interaction with Roselyn, she defended her team member by saying, "What kind of special consideration were you expecting? I wasn't there, so I can't say if Roselyn handled the situation inappropriately. Afterall, we do have protocol that non-guests should not be in the lobby after a certain time." I told her that I appreciate the protocol that looks out for the safety of AC guests and staff; however, although I was not a current guest at the time, I am still a Marriott Bonvoy customer and deserved a level of human compassion. When I told Sholanda that I work in the customer service field and found my treatment as unacceptable and offensive, Sholanda asked in what field because she wanted to compare if my expectations of Roselyn were aligned with hospitality. I told her that her inquiry was inappropriate, reminding her that it doesn't matter what field I am in because the goal of customer service is to ensure that clients feel valued and respected. Roselyn did not behave in such fashion. That is the core of the problem. Sholanda did not seem to understand this concept as she seemed more concerned with hearing Roselyn's side of the story. WOW. We ended the conversation with Sholanda telling me that she would have Fernando call me back. It's now the night of June 11 and I have not heard from him. There is definitely something wrong with the team at AC San Jose Santa Clara - AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!

Would stay again for another event at Levi's.
