My main course was Kung Pow Shrimp and it was served without rice, so we ordered a bowl of white rice but they offer 4 types of Fried Rice too. The sauce of the Kung Pow was mild and almost chocolaty a tiny bit. And we had to add heat to it, even though I requested it spicy. We asked for Sriacha sauce but I guess it hasn't made it to Qto. All in all, for 2 people, a good meal for $40 with wine beer and tip.
