They looked at my piece and said it was worth about $200-$500 for the stone (which was GIA certified with documented origin) plus scrap value for the setting. The process didn't feel transparent. An explanation was given for their valuation, but it didn't align with the certification or current market pricing. I took it to another market participant who valued the stone only (not including setting) for over $6,000 dollars. If you are interested on a consignment or sale option, I would highly recommend getting multiple opinions on pricing before settling on an option especially if you are not familiar with pricing of precious stones. 2 star for good location and decent parking.
