Wow I'm so glad I got them to clean out trash bins!!! Somehow a fly(ies) laid eggs and out trash bin had maggots. So nasty!!!! I set up my appointment Monday online and all you have to do is tell them which day your trash gets picked up. They responded quickly and confirmed I had a scheduled appointment that Friday (my trash day is Thursday). I go reminders of the appointment through email and text with very simple instructions.
