Coming to the doctor isn't the best of trips.....but I have been a patient here for 3 years now, and is a breeze to come here. I used to live like 6 mins away from this office... I moved to Mount Dora and I still drive down... Sandra has taken the time to show me that it can be done! Her advice, guidance and motivation have made such a great impact in my life. Very unhelpful and unprofessional. The staff seem incompetent and do not support patients properly. Getting a referral feels almost impossible. Overall, a very disappointing experience." My mom just missed her orthopedic appointment because they make the referral process unnecessarily difficult.it seems they pay the staff to find obstacles for the patients well being! I can't believe this office has such a low review, those are just old reviews! I have never had a better experience than coming to this Sanitas in Ocoee. Everyone is always fast and friendly and awesome. I used to go to a closer location to me, the one in Chickasaw, and this was like night and day a better experience so I never looked back. Dr. Cedric Green is my primary care doctor there and he's absolutely amazing, he really takes the time to listen to every issue you have and is so kind and professional. The whole team actually makes me feel cared for when coming here, which is sooo rare, and this is not a one-off experience, I've been coming here for all of my medical needs for at least a year and a half. Definitely not the facility that you want to be seen at from their Physicians down to Pinkston to Lynman they are very very awful for professional they will cancel your appointments without telling you and they are very rude their medical assistance Maria and Raul are rude they talk about their patients even their offers manager Moranda is disgusting she talks about her husband and how he's black trying to find favoritism with the community it's a disgusting facility to be around and how they treat their patients not sending their pre-authorization forms and sending in the wrong prescriptions is nasty I have tried to reach the office manager about my concerns he doesn't reach back out Kenneth is always unavailable I wouldn't recommend anybody going here you're not going to see proper treatment it's better to not have Florida blue and to get good health insurance read more

My Dr. moved to the Longwood office and the experience was much better this time. I would not go back to the other location.

My appointment was today at 10:20 a.m. I checked in at 10 a.m. The clerk said, "Just wait, and someone will call your name quickly." Well, here's what happened to me: they made me wait over an hour. When I asked the first time, "Hey! How long is it going to take because I am not feeling too good," the clerk said, "Oh, the doctor is with a patient right now, but you are next in line." Well, I saw people coming in and the staff calling their names quickly. I waited 15 more minutes and asked a different clerk. She acted like I didn't have an appointment and even asked me if I checked in. I said, "Yes, with this gentleman!" Then they found out they messed up big time. The second clerk called someone and said, "This lady has been waiting over an hour. Can you please help her out?" Finally, they called my name, and the nurse didn't seem to care about my situation. I told her I'm not feeling too good, so she did a COVID test. After she was done, she didn't give me a tissue to wipe my nose. Thankfully, I have tissue in my purse.Then she said, "Wait for the doctor to talk to you." I waited for like 10-15 minutes more to see the doctor. I told her about my situation, and out of the blue, she said I need to do my yearly mammogram. I told her I already did my mammogram in December, but it seemed like she didn't listen to what I said and she ordered me another test because I need to do it this year. I told her my insurance may not allow me to do it so soon, but she said, "Go right next door and deal with your insurance about that." Ah? Nah! You deal with it. I'm not dealing with this milking cow bs. Anywho, I spent almost 2 hours in this clinic, exposing everyone to covid, and came out super disappointed because this is the first time I got the worst service in this place. read more

Worst place ever. You can't call the place where you're going. They have a national call center. I called them and told them I needed an x-ray. They gave me the Senoras address and salsa go there for an x-ray. The only thing was the idiots failed to realize the x-ray technician had left for the day. Wasted my time, and a $25.00 Lyft ride. Then they kept me past 8:00 so I couldn't get a ride home because Florida Blue only covers Lyfts before 8:00. My phone died while waiting for a non present x-ray technician. On top of all that, nobody in the place had a type c charger, so I was stranded after getting my time wasted. All the idiots could say is in sorry. I asked were they gonna reimburse my lost ride that I made for nothing. They said no. They suck, suck, suck. Go to Guidewell instead. I would give a negative 5 if I could. read more

What a great experience. Me and my wife was giving blood work up. And this amazing tech named Mario took the best care of my wife. Sometimes it takes a few pricks in my wife's arm before they can find A vain to draw blood, But this special guy Mr. Mario got it on the first try. Many blessings appreciate it. read more

there are very good doctors there, they screened you right away and you will be out in a moment.

My main problem is getting to see the doctor. Especially if I'm sick. I've never been able to see my PCP, although Sanitas has changed it 3 times. To get an appointment with a doctor takes a minimum wait time of 30 to 45 days. I have to use their urgent care location. If I'm prescribed a medication I'm allergic to, it takes about 5 phone call, up to 5 days, and almost always a visit to the clinic. read more

I have to make an appointment every time I run out of prescription instead of having auto refills provided. When checking in for your appointment they send you a link to check in but don't tell you have to check in at the front desk too. I sat in the lobby over an hour to be told the doctor wouldn't be able to see me. Looking for a new Doctor's office as I wouldn't recommend this location if it was the last location on earth. Had nothing but the worst experience since I started coming here for the small amount of time. read more

HORRENDOUS FACILITY. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came to establish care with a PCP as I was laid off this year and my new insurance doesn't cover my previous provider. They wouldn't do anything to actually care for me and wanted to just send me out with a referral to go elsewhere. What is the point of having them as a PCP if they won't do anything for you? This place is an absolute joke and I have never been spoken to and treated so poor in a doctor's office. The PA never even gave me her name and refused to look at me when I spoke even when I asked if she could look at me while I was talking. I had to look her up, but Katherine Vibbert is her name. She is on some sort of a power trip. Don't waste your time, go see a real doctor. read more

Worst doctors office ever!! They are terribly unprofessional and you can't understand anything anyone says there. When they don't understand what you are saying or trying to ask they just talk over you the entire time to get you to agree with them or to stop talking. I had tried to reach out to get a referral for my husband and was promised 3 call backs that I had to call back for on my own. Three different times I had to explain the situation to multiple representatives and every single one asked me the same question about the provider name even though they should have already known if there were actual patient portals. Twice their system was "down at the moment" and they had to ask me to call back 30-40 minutes later. I would never recommend the office to anyone. read more

Horrible experience. I have been here 2 times and they are never on time , waited almost an hour to see doctor . Very unorganized

My son injured his finger at school so we brought him here since it was very close. They did an xray and then referred him to Nemours. When I called the next day for the appointment at Nemours they said the xrays weren't sent over. So on Friday called them to send the xrays over for my sons appointment on Monday and they said they would do that. Got to Nemours only to discover that the xrays were never sent over and he had to go get another xray. I'll never return to this place. If they can't do something simple like send over xrays to the place that you refer a patient to then I can't trust you on bigger issues. read more

Took 3 months for a RX refill request for a simple topical lotion. Every time i received a call from the clinic , no one spoke English enough to understand my request. When i asked to speak to a manager i waited on hold for 40 mins just to see how bad the customer service really was being that i work in the health field. Don't go! read more

At this location all the doctors are nice and really take care of the patients, especially the girls at front desk, 100% recommended
