Tenant turnover used to be the worst for me... like seriously stressful. Every time someone…read moremoved out I was bracing myself for months of vacancy, showings that went nowhere, applications that looked good but flopped, and then sometimes ending up with tenants that weren't even good. My old manager? meh... didn't really care, made me feel like I was losing money and it was all on me. Chambers kinda changed all that. Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. Less drama, fewer complaints... stuff actually gets handled. Chambers takes care of the communication, maintenance, all that stuff without turning it into a headache. Tenants know who to call and stuff actually gets fixed lol. I also like that I'm not just left guessing anymore. New applicant? I know. Lease signed? I know. Something pops up? I hear about it before it's a bigger problem. I don't feel outta the loop like I did before. Honestly... I'm not stressing about who's living there or how long it'll sit empty. Things feel steady now. After years of chaos and headaches, this kinda stability is worth way more than I thought it would be. Thank you Chambers.!

Before Chambers Property Management, I honestly felt like I was on my own. I technically had a…read moreproperty manager, but actually getting help was another story. Questions would come up and I'd either get no response or something super vague days later. After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. I don't feel stuck or unsure every time something small comes up, and that peace of mind alone is worth a lot. Thank you Chambers Property Management!

2488 10th st sanger ca 93657 I'd give them no stars if it…read morelet me. The Management at these apt are ridiculous. The parking situation is crazy. Any company coming to visit don't have any parking there's no handicap parking. I was over visiting my sister. She informed me that I had to park next to the dumpsters in the open available parking stall. When I got to her house there were 5 parking spaces 2 which had numbers 2 which were empty and one next to the dumpster that said no parking (I have pictures). I parked in 1 of the stalls without a number. Hadn't been at my sister's no longer than 20 minutes . She informed me that I was supposed to park in the stall that said no parking. I misunderstood that. Went out to move my jeep. As I'm Walking out the door Raymond the husband of the manager rosa. Got in my face and yelled at me about where I was parked at telling me that belonged to a tenant and I need ed to move my car. I was trying to explain to him the situation. He was on the phone with the tenant who's stall i was parked in. He refused to listen still yelling at me. My sister walked out behind me and Raymond started yelling at her telling her she knew better and she knew that I wasn't supposed to park there. I was trying to explain to him the stall he wanted me to park in says no parking. That she did say that but I was confused. I assumed she meant the open stalled with no numbers. We were coming out so she could show me where to park. He continued to yell at me at which point I yelled back at him. Rosa who standing in the back of her apartment watering her plants comes around the corner and tries to defuse the situation saying it's OK. Telling me that I could park behind her if I was just coming for a quick visit or to pick something up.. However 2 weeks prior to this situation. Rosa herself was upset because somebody had parked behind her overnight . We were having a birthday party at my sister's house for my mom who is 67 years old. Rosa came knocking on the door because my mom parked behind her as she was informed she could. Rosa was upset Telling my mom she had to move her car and could no longer park there nobody could park behind her anymore. Rosa was so mad and rude to my mom. In a rush my mom ran out without her shoes and burnt her feet!! Once again my mom's 67 years old and handicap. These managers need to get their shit straight. You can't yell at people like that. Somebody who does not live there doesn't know that guests have to park in the no parking stall. It's ridiculous to have Rosa's husband get in your face and yell at you like you're a fucking child while on the phone with the tenant. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Raymond could get off his ass and paint over the no parking so it says guest parking and add numbers to the stalls that have no numbers. It would be clear that they are tenant parking stalls. Also having a handicap stall in the front middle and back would be nice. ROSA AND RAYMOND MAKE SURE THERE CARS, YES "CARS" 4 I BELIEVE ARE ALL PARKED RIGHT OUT IN FRONT OF THERE APT. Oh also when I called to make a complaint about management. I asked for the number to Rosa and Raymond's manager. The woman I spoke to Robin told me she can't give me that number.

I totally agree with Chris H's review, the parking in their is crazy like how are we suppose too…read moreknow where we can or can't park at if it has no numbers or anything‼ The managers husband "Reymond" so they call him is a total jack ass Rosa on the other hand can hear us out sometimes and is chill about things. I see kids/teens playing outside at night and I've overheard Reymond talking about how they need to be inside before 9, no playing in the parking lots, and that it's HIS apartments so they gotta follow the rules or get kicked out and too me that's some bullshit because they are kids who want too be outside playing. I love the people at the apartment they are nice and peaceful but I give the management a low star
