Now, our AC unit went out and it is expected to be 115 degrees this week, I called to tell them we needed someone to come out but they told me it would take 3-5 business days to send someone out... it has now been 7 days and no one has called or come out. The worker who answers the phone, Jocelyn, is VERY rude. They need better management and definitely need to be considerate about who they hire to answer their phones. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

My old manager? meh... didn't really care, made me feel like I was losing money and it was all on me. Chambers kinda changed all that. Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. Less drama, fewer complaints... stuff actually gets handled. Chambers takes care of the communication, maintenance, all that stuff without turning it into a headache. Tenants know who to call and stuff actually gets fixed lol. I also like that I'm not just left guessing anymore. New applicant? I know. Lease signed? I know. Something pops up? I hear about it before it's a bigger problem. I don't feel outta the loop like I did before. Honestly... I'm not stressing about who's living there or how long it'll sit empty. After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. I found they have plenty of guest parking and each unit has its own single car garage. The two bedroom and two bath unit we saw was upstairs it was nice and spacious with plenty of closet space in the bedrooms and two generous size bathrooms. The living dining combination is a good size for a three piece sofa, love seat chair set, it also has a fireplace and large balcony you can access from the master. The kitchen area is average size but has plenty of storage and a small pantry. The indoor laundry is located in the kitchen behind closed doors. Sonya was the lease agent that assisted us. She was very polite, friendly, professional and explained every term in detail.

The grounds are very well kept, it's pin-drop quiet at night and very safe. The rent is reasonable for the area and we're grateful we found our home here. Managers are the heart of any complex (if you've ever had a bad one, you know!) and ours (Susan) is friendly, efficient and absolutely awesome at her job. We are very lucky to have one that listens, responds quickly and is on top of everything. Our maintenance man, Felipe, is also wonderful & is always available for anything we may need him for. Honestly, we hope to be here for years to come.

Any company coming to visit don't have any parking there's no handicap parking. I was over visiting my sister. She informed me that I had to park next to the dumpsters in the open available parking stall. When I got to her house there were 5 parking spaces 2 which had numbers 2 which were empty and one next to the dumpster that said no parking (I have pictures). I parked in 1 of the stalls without a number. Hadn't been at my sister's no longer than 20 minutes . She informed me that I was supposed to park in the stall that said no parking. I misunderstood that. Went out to move my jeep. As I'm Walking out the door Raymond the husband of the manager rosa. Got in my face and yelled at me about where I was parked at telling me that belonged to a tenant and I need ed to move my car. I was trying to explain to him the situation. He was on the phone with the tenant who's stall i was parked in. He refused to listen still yelling at me. My sister walked out behind me and Raymond started yelling at her telling her she knew better and she knew that I wasn't supposed to park there. I was trying to explain to him the stall he wanted me to park in says no parking. That she did say that but I was confused. I assumed she meant the open stalled with no numbers. We were coming out so she could show me where to park. He continued to yell at me at which point I yelled back at him. Rosa who standing in the back of her apartment watering her plants comes around the corner and tries to defuse the situation saying it's OK. Telling me that I could park behind her if I was just coming for a quick visit or to pick something up.. However 2 weeks prior to this situation. Rosa herself was upset because somebody had parked behind her overnight . We were having a birthday party at my sister's house for my mom who is 67 years old. Rosa came knocking on the door because my mom parked behind her as she was informed she could. Rosa was upset Telling my mom she had to move her car and could no longer park there nobody could park behind her anymore. Rosa was so mad and rude to my mom. In a rush my mom ran out without her shoes and burnt her feet!! Once again my mom's 67 years old and handicap. These managers need to get their shit straight. You can't yell at people like that. Somebody who does not live there doesn't know that guests have to park in the no parking stall. It's ridiculous to have Rosa's husband get in your face and yell at you like you're a fucking child while on the phone with the tenant. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Raymond could get off his ass and paint over the no parking so it says guest parking and add numbers to the stalls that have no numbers. It would be clear that they are tenant parking stalls. Also having a handicap stall in the front middle and back would be nice. ROSA AND RAYMOND MAKE SURE THERE CARS, YES "CARS" 4 I BELIEVE ARE ALL PARKED RIGHT OUT IN FRONT OF THERE APT. If they would just put a gate in (One entrance in, open to all who dare enter), I would gladly pay at least $100 a month more for rent. My vehicle has been broken into 3 times, laundry stolen once, and laundry ransacked multiple times. I confront about one random person a week who come through on missions of exploration. There is only one employee here, the manager who seems overburdened but she does the best she can with the limited resources she is given. Repairs will take some time as approval comes from the owner in the bay area. Other than the total lack if security it's a decent place for super cheap. Dont expect counters without cracked tiles, or appliances made in the last 20 years though. If the county approves the annual city inspection on all rental units it might be closed for repairs soon enough though (roofing issues).

We also loved the location. The views were spectacular from the great room and the master bedroom, and the space was large and airy. The kitchen and whole apartment was well-equipped. I lived for 2 years and I would definitely do it again. The owners are fantastic and very helpful. The accommodations were every bit as nice as what is shown online - it actually exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend staying at this apartment.
